QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY, Great ************************** I had three companies come out and give me quotes and explain their product. I had done some research on windows prior to making a decision. My research was not so much on the window as I knew the windows ************************ was selling is a great quality window (Alside, Triple Pane Glass, DBl Low E and DBl ********** but on the company that was selling them and installing, history of past client's satisfaction, their response to warranty issues and repairs. No other company matched the reviews, quality of a window and customer satisfaction as ************************** From the moment I called them I knew I was dealing with professionals that cared about their client, they were honest and explained everything, guided me through choices, they were honest how long the manufacturing of the windows will take. When ******* and *** came out, I did not feel pressured and felt pressured by other companies that came out. The installation process was fast, efficient, the installers knew their craft, protected all the areas and cleaned up every little crumb of garage. In my opinion the window they sell is very close to the same quality as the Pella or The ******** without the crazy price tag. Now they were not the cheapest, if you want the cheapest call Window Works and get the cheapest and if you need a warranty call to be serviced good luck with that and let's not mention the quality of window is worthless. Changing windows in your house is an investment!!! So yes, I believe you get what you pay for. I would only suggest this company hands down ***************** and Sons for the QUALITY/CUSTOMER SERVICE/WARRANTY! If you can't get a great quality window, then wait till you can and don't sell yourself short. WORTH EVERY *****!!!!
