Concerning derogatory account # ****** "FLEX DENTAL" as reported by "KEYNOTE CONSULTING".I DO NOT have an open balance of any sort currently owed to "FLEX DENTAL". Furthermore, I DO NOT have an agreement of any sort with "KEYNOTE CONSULTING"; and there is no contractual document in existence, with my signature on it, to the contrary. Attempts to resolve this matter cordially via Credit Karma's courtesy on-line dispute tool have resulted in precisely zero corrective action taken by "KEYNOTE CONSULTING". As a result of "KEYNOTE CONSULTING" complacency, I am suffering immense and perpetually compounding damages due to adversely impacted financials. I am demanding the IMMEDIATE removal of "FLEX DENTAL" derogatory account, with prejudice, from my Experian, Equifax, and ********** credit reports. My patience has worn thin, and I will be filing a police report if this action has not been satisfied within 48 hours.

I want to assert that I am not liable for the debt that is linked to EVENTS AND ADVENTURES , as there has been no contractual agreement between us. It is essential to emphasize that I have not willingly entered into any financial obligations with them. Furthermore, in my effort to address this issue appropriately and transparently, I made a formal request to KEYNOTE CONSULTING for the provision of the original contract relevant to this particular debt. Regrettably, despite this request, they have not fulfilled my inquiry by providing the requested documentation. This lack of transparency and cooperation from KEYNOTE CONSULTING has added to the complexity of the situation, making it necessary for me to seek further assistance and clarification to resolve this matter effectively.-----KEYNOTE CONSULTING 5/23/2022 30XXXX

    Complaint: 21845136

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any documents confirming the claims of Keynote Consulting, Inc.

If you believe that I received proper notification, please send me a copy of the certified letter that was sent to me, including my signature as confirmation of receipt.

Otherwise please delete the account ********************** ***   *5487 from my credit report.

I have disputed collection account ********************** *** (*5487) reported on my credit report with TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. Since this debt cannot be verified, both TransUnion and Experian have removed this account from my credit report.
However, Keynote Consulting, Inc. continues to report to Equifax that this debt is mine. Despite multiple attempts to contact both Keynote Consulting, Inc. and Equifax to resolve this issue, I have not received the requested documents, which is violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Once again, the documents I am requesting as proof of your claims are:
    1) Verification of the debt, including a detailed account statement.
    2) A copy of the purchase agreement between your agency and the original creditor.
    3) Proof that your agency is licensed and bonded to collect debt in my state.
    3) Proof of the debt: Documentation that confirms your statement that the debt is mine, including the original contract signed with the original creditor. I will not accept a copy or scanned version, only the original contract signed with ink.
    4) Detailed evidence that substantiates the debt verification process, including your communication with the original creditor.

If you cannot provide me with the requested documents, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you are required to delete the account ********************** *** *5487 from my credit report.

Additionally, I want to state that this account is inaccurate and should be removed from my credit report immediately due to multiple violations of federal laws, as well.

    The violations are as follows:
    1. Failure to Provide Validation Information: According to 12 CFR 1006.34(b)(5), a debt collector is required to provide specific validation information to the consumer. Keynote Consulting, Inc. has not provided any such validation information but has nevertheless placed this collection on my consumer report.
    2. Lack of Opportunity to Dispute: Per 12 CFR 1006.34(c)(4)(i), consumers must be given the chance to dispute the validity of the debt before it is reported to credit reporting agencies. I have not been given such an opportunity regarding this account.
    3. False, Misleading, or Deceptive Means: Keynote Consulting, Inc. is in violation of my consumer rights by using false, misleading, and deceptive means to collect the debt, which is prohibited by federal law.
    4. Unauthorized Furnishing of Information: As per 12 CFR 1006.34(d) and 15 USC 1681-S2(7)(A), a collection agency must provide all required disclosures before furnishing any account information to consumer reporting agencies. Keynote Consulting, Inc. has failed to do so, which constitutes a clear violation of these regulations.

Given these violations, I am requesting that Keynote Consulting, Inc. immediately remove this collection account from my credit report.
Additionally, I expect written confirmation of the removal of this account from all credit reporting agencies to which it was reported.

This complaint will also be forwarded to Consumer *************************** (CFPB).

    Sincerely,

    *************************

We understand the consumer does not feel they are liable for the disputed matter. We have sent the consumer documentation supporting our client's claim multiple times to the same address the consumer provided in this dispute. They have made this same dispute several times through BBB and other organizations. Our responses have been consistent throughout. As a curtesy to the consumer we have issued a request for our tradeline to be removed from the consumers credit report. We will continue to attempt to resolve the matter with the consumer directly.

This consumer does not have a contract with Keynote Consulting, Inc., nor have we stated that she does.  There is a contract, however, between the consumer and our client.  We had notified the consumer of our involvement by letter, which was neither returned, nor answered.  Additionally we have attmepted to reach this consumer by telephone and left voice messages to which there were no replies.  We have received no request for a copy of the contract, but will obtain it from our client and mail that copy to her at the address which she had provided to our client.  The consumer's credit report will be updated to reflect that she is disputing the item, with our next report to the credit reporting services.  We will be happy to work with the consumer to resolve this matter if she will communicate with our office, or that of our client.
