I ordered a shed and never received it. I tried calling that number and it always says sorry mailbox phone I emailed him and I still cant get an answer from them. I got the tracking number LR006863905CN order number is **** to this order was placed 22. I have tried to reach out to many of times and when I track it down it says its in ****** ** as of 12/1/22 that is the last tracking I get I tried and tried to reach out to these people. I ordered a storage shed on 10/28/22. I received an email with a tracking number that the item had been shipped. When I looked up the number, it reported that the item had been delivered to ***********, ** on November 9th. I live in *********. I ordered an item on Their website. It had correct shipping and billing address of mine in ********* ** and the item was delivered from ***** to an address in ******* by ***** Also the package was to small to be what I ordered. I have made several attempts to contact the business through their customer service email and phone number and have not received anything back from them in regards to this error. I ordered a trampoline from Dressfat on November 26,2022 for the amount of $89.23. I have been tracking my purchase using the tracking number provided to me by this company. According to the tracker my trampoline was delivered on December 12, 2022 at 6:32 AM to an address in ********, HI, which is not my shipping address. I prefer a product. I provided the screen shot of the email confirmation with the shipping address. The package went through customs in ******** it then proceeded to ***********. The email condo does show that the product should have been delivered to me. I do not live in ***** ***** I live in ******. I have made several attempts to reach out to the company via phone and email and they have not responded. I have filed a claim with **** as well. I would like my product or a refund which at this point I have not received. I also provided a screen shot of the tracking number and the status of the shipping which was picked up I. ************** know no one there at all. Please see attachment
