            Dear Mr. ***** ****, Your online business mislabeled a non-CA-Compliant pistol as "CA Legal" and sold me one. I am writing to request a return and a full refund of my purchase. I am a WI resident who frequently travels to CA. I purchased a pistol advertised as "CA Legal" from Locked and Loaded on July 25th; the order number is ******. However, when I contacted the manufacturer last week, the manufacturer told me that the model is not CA compliant. I conveyed my concern to your Customer Service team; however, your CS representative unequivocally denied any wrongdoing and claimed that the firearm is legal in CA without any reasonable explanation. Would you be able to find a way to investigate and resolve this issue? Thank you, ***** ***

            I’ve purchased a few guns and other items from them already, but just recently I bought an item that I thought was the same as what was pictured, later I found out it was not the same. It happened to be a different model. So I emailed the store, then called them and I had zero hassle getting someone on the phone and I explained the situation to her, gave her the order number and immediately she said he manager had already mentioned the situation that morning. Long story short, they had absolutely ZERO issue with returning me a full refund to my originally charged card. I was very nervous reading these reviews before I called, I assumed I was going to either get the run around or just have to bite the bullet and keep the gun as is but on the contrary. They were very helpful and very fast with correcting the issue. I will for sure continue to do business with them! Four stars is only because the original photo that was posted was I correct. But it’s since been changed and resolved!
