I should have researched this company before spending $500. My husband and I were called to see if we wanted to advertise in their booklet for our county and we agreed on a $400 half page, graphics team reached out with our first proof and I was not happy and never approved, I sent back exactly what i wanted the ad to look like and inquired about changing to a full page ad on the back cover, paid the extra $100, sent a couple more emails back and forth between the graphics department and finally decided on the complete design. Fastforward a couple weeks and we receive a couple sample booklets in the mail. I open the book to discover our ad is the first, half page proof that the graphics team sent me, not only that, but the printing and graphics of the whole booklet is embarrassing. There are streaks all through the book from printing and the information they included about our county looks like someone took an image and blew it up to the point that the pixels are so large you can barely make out the words. My husband called and asked to speak to the manager regarding our half page, first proof ad and he said he would get it fixed. We waited about a month and received more booklets in the mail, still not fixed, so my husband called again and once again the manager said her would get it fixed. We just received the new booklets and there is a full back page, final proof ad, but it is off center, and the print just look horrendous. I will not be handing these out to anyone because I am honestly embarrassed to have my business advertised in such a low-quality booklet. I have no background in computer graphics or design, and I could have put together a better-looking booklet for my customers. We also inquired about how these are distributed to advertise our company and the manager said they have companies they give them to, still not sure who or how they are distributed.
