    Hired to work on our roof Jan 12. Began work Jan 14. Caused the roof to leak through the ceiling in two spots inside the home. He came out Jan 19 to fix the leaks he cause. He would come out next day to fix drywall. Did not come, said he would come Sunday. Did not come until Saturday Jan 21. His lack of expertise on the most basic home repair things were shocking. He spent the entire day arguing with me- he did not mitigate mold, did not replace insulation, was only going to replace one sheet of drywall, was going to paint over the stain on the other leak, in both areas, he planned on just painting the effected areas instead of the entire ceiling for uniformity. He could not figure out how to hang the drywall sheet after hours of being there. I realized things leading up to this were not mistakes, but complete lack of knowledge, understanding, skill, and professionalism. I finally understood that he was lying about his abilities and was trying to put a bandaid on every problem, causing more damage along the way. I could not afford to have him “fix” anything else. Now I have to hire someone to fix and finish the roof, mitigate mold, replace insulation and drywall, and paint. This person runs an unregistered business; there is no record of brown bear roofing or ******** ***** with the state of ********* ******** ****** has no record of DBA certificate. There are no professional licenses associated with the names as well
