    I've been trying to get dentures from them since October I have no teeth. These were billed over a year ago by _______

    They have changed three appointments with no excuse. I have to change for transportation I don't have a vehicle or drive.

    So they are incovinving others as well as me. Today (March 15) was my appointment they called to cancel it at 10 am. The appointment was at 10:30 am. My driver was at my door to pick me up. 

    I'm tired of eating baby food. The dentures were payed for in November but I still don't have them. All I get is excuses if that.

    My chart # is ****** on 10/14/2021 I prepaid 5670.00 dollars for ultimate fit dentures 2755.00 was for extractions on that day I received temporary dentures I keep calling because I need an adjustment and find out when I can get my permanent teeth but no one will call me back I have talked to other people that have recently scheduled appointments to be repeatedly cancelled are they going to complete the work or are they going to give me back what money is due me so I can go somewhere else

    Since before Covid they pulled my last 11 teeth and gave me a temporary set. Then they kept canceling appointments with me, and the Covid hit everyone and they closed, then when they open back up they made a set of dentures for me but they didn’t fit right. So they said they had to remake them and then they started canceling appointments again then the dentist closed for a while then they remade them for me, and I saw them twice they they haven’t seen me cents and my dentures are still not right. They have canceled at least 12 or more appointments with me. I called them and they don’t call me back.
