  He installed our new windows. Hung our screen door. Replaced our kitchen faucet. He’s excellent and a very hard worker. He and his wife are a great team !!!

  Didn't finish work they were paid in full for and did very bad work. Refused to finish the work when I finally held back the last $200 in an attempt to get them to finally complete the unfinished jobs from months ago after paying out well over $1,200 and they refused to finish any work at all. They are using customers to learn on the job instead of already having the skills needed to properly do the jobs they are taking on and then blaming the fact that they are a small family owned business for their inability to finish jobs in the time they promised. Unprofessional, doesn't have the skill set to finish projects properly even when and if he actually completes the job, and of course, doesn't complete jobs for months on end and in my case, not at all. I gave them several chances to rectify the situation and they refused. Please beware and if you make the mistake of hiring them, please do not pay them until the job is 100% complete....NOT 95% because you will NEVER get that last bit done. They will even take in jobs and ask for payment of things that they don't have the tools/equipment to do the job. I'm happy to share pictures and documentation with anyone who needs proof. I would hate anyone to go through what I did. I really tried to help a young couple starting off in their new business but all they did was take advantage of me and cost me even more money. I have a leaky screened porch with screws sticking out everywhere and 1x4s popping off because they were nailed on with finishing nails! Just please beware.

  Justin and Staci are incredibly professional and down to Earth people who make you feel like you've known them forever. No matter how big or how small the job may be, they take care of it with pride. I would use no other company; I have tried many other handyman services and I will never use anyone else. I have finally found someone who displays all the characteristics of someone I would want working in my home for me! Excellent work, fair, clean, on time & professional. Just wanted to say thank you for getting the work done that I needed before my mom's surgery and making sure she was all set up in time! You have the required skills, experience and excellent attention to detail that I've struggled to find anywhere else. I can't wait to tackle more project with you guys!

  I highly recommend That1Guy Handyman Service in Peoria for any of your handyman needs. I could not be happier with Justin and Staci. They provide exceptional service, work within your budget and timeline, and put the customer first.
