This is our second time working with Troy and his team (Savannah & Jamie) and we can not say enough good things! We bought our house with Troy back in 2020 and he quickly helped us get that house on the market after finding our dream house in ******. The buying process caused a few hiccups and Savannah & Jamie handled things flawlessly! We could not ask for two better people to handle all the headaches for us and work through the many logistics that were involved in making sure everything was ready for us to move into our ****** house. Troy and his team are always helpful with explaining things, answering questions and providing us with all the resources needed in the home buying & selling process. 12/10 would recommend working with them!Review from Nemanja S

We are so glad we found this team!! We were looking to upgrade but were in no rush. It only took us 9 months to find our dream home in our dream neighborhood and Nikki kept with me the whole agonizing way. No matter what crazy request I had, when I decided to text her, or how picky I was being about a home, Nikki stuck with me the whole time. Even when she wasn’t available and had someone else show me the 20th split foyer that I knew I wouldn’t want but had to look at anyway just in case… (thanks Carolynn!) Nikki knew what I wanted and went out of her way to help me find it. Now we’re listing our first home and I know working with Troy for that process will be just as seamless. I hope we’re in this new house for a long time, but I know when the time comes who I will call.Review from TAMMY P

My mother's home sold in less than 24 hours for the full asking price on Friday before the open house that Troy scheduled on Sunday. He wanted to sell the property for $30,000 more than the other realtor that I had interviewed, and he was right on his comparisons and selling price. Troy was prompt and on time at every one of our meetings. When I had any questions, they were quickly responded to and answered. What a great job his photographer did – he made her house look great in the photos. I was kept in the loop about any showings. The majority of the documents were signed via DocuSign, so it made the actual closing take only 20 minutes. His office is located in an attractive and easy to access building. Troy and his staff are friendly, proactive, knowledgeable and professional. You can't ask for more!Review from Stan B

I have worked with Troy to sell 2 homes in less than 6 months. From start to finish Troy provided amazing customer service. Troy knows the market and he knows ****** and the surrounding areas. His knowledge of ****** is helpful for buyers looking for that special place and he can help people find that jewel of a home. Savannah on his team is amazing also. This is a phenomenal team. Troy has been our realtor for the last 8 years or so. Have had his services to buy two homes and sell one home. He absolutely knows the market and will guide you in the right direction. He is super responsive and is such a pleasure to work with. Nikki is extremely responsive, seems to work all hours of the day, and fought hard for us to close with the home of our dreams under budget, with necessary repairs completed by seller, and on time, all whilst remaining highly professional.
