    My wife and I cannot express how grateful we are that Sun Collectors came knocking on our door. Every person we met in that organization was delightful to work with. We have had solar on our roof for well over a year. Our A***** bills are a fraction of what they were as our neighbors continue to get hit with more and more cost increases. I have not come across a business that has been so quick and precisely prepared to respond to our questions and concerns. What a fantastic experience!

    Sun Collectors, what a cute name right?! From the start I was extremely skeptical from all the horror stories I have heard from other people and their experiences with other solar companies. I googled Sun Collectors and saw all 5 star reviews, impressive and wild right? I agreed to meet with Stephen, for him to throw his sales pitch at me. This young and very intelligent man explained how solar works. It didn't matter what I asked he had a valid answer. I decided to move forward with his plan. December of 2023 Stephen and his crew started my installation of my solar system. The installation went fantastic. There were different men from different trades doing their own different jobs. I was amazed at how well ALL of them got along. I didn't hear any bickering between any of them which was fantastic. Very polite and professional, while also down to earth. I'm a single gal and did this all on my own, I was leary and had a lot of concerns. I want to point out how amazing Stephen has been throughout this process. I have called/text him so many times. Sometimes coming in a little hot due to my own misunderstandings. He has got to be the coolest cucumber I know. I even told him to put a little fire hydrant emoji next to my name in his phone because sometimes I just need to be cooled off. I have had solar for a little over 10 months and everything has worked perfectly. My electric bill has been about $17.00. This extremely long and delayed review is well deserved. I wanted to wait to give my review so I had a chance to experience solar and or any hiccups that may happen, no hiccups have happend at this time. I will forever recommend Sun Collectors to anyone! I'm so glad I answered my door the day that salesman came over. Thank you to Stephen, Kate, Geen Penny (the bank), Rete (taxes), who Sun Collectors provided for me, you all did fantastic. I hope yall keep that well deserved 5 star rating! I'll never forget yall, thank you! I would have wrote more but the BBB was limited

    I cannot remember if I wrote a review in regards to Sun Collectors when I had my panels installed in the Fall of 2020. However, over three years later I am still a overjoyed that I made the decision to choose this company. I have enjoyed watching this company grow and help so many individuals, as well as the businesses with their solar arrays. Their community involvement top notch. Last summer I had to replace my roof due to a hail storm which meant that my solar array had to come off prior to the install. The communication between the solar company, roofing company, and insurance company were seamless. When Sun Collectors removed and reinstalled the solar array I remember exactly why I enjoyed working with them on the original install. Honesty, clear and precise details about installation, financing, and warranty are just a few reasons I enjoyed working with Hunter, Kate, Brent, and others on their team. If I had to make the decision all over again there would be no doubt the company I would choose to work with!

    This company came highly recommended and after working with them, I see why and agree wholeheartedly! Talk about an amazing team... professional and also very personal. Everything was explained and then put in writing. They coordinated every aspect from design, permits, install, to powering up the system. Flawlessly. They even set up all the incentives and offered tax assistance for the rebates. Great company, great people, great product, happy customer ??

    Purchased our solar through Sun Collectors Peoria, Illinois office. Chris was outstanding and very honest with us. We were impressed with the fact that the parts are made in North America not China. Kate was so easy to work with and kept us informed. Very quick to answer any questions we had with the process. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking into solar.

    Stephen made the process of going solar nice and easy - much easier than I had anticipated. I didn't realize I could go solar for no money up front. All members of the team were wonderful to work with, especially Kate. The system itself is beautiful. I'm excited for the impact on the planet and my electric bill. I'm so glad Sun Collectors knocked on my door!

    Considering solar power for your home or business? I recommend calling Sun Collectors. They did the solar installation on our home and we could not be more pleased. Kate S*****, Austin B***, and Dietrich F******** were honest about what to expect and answered all our questions (and then some). They made the process easy. The installers and staff were wonderful to work with! Thank you for everything!

    Sun Collectors was a great partner in getting solar on my roof and energy in my house! Stephen S****** was great, walking me through the sizing, installation and permitting process! He answered all my questions and handled some permitting hurdles with honesty and clarity. Kate was an excellent project manager! She was prompt, detailed and very easy to work with! Sun Collectors, *** ********, ****** County and ****** all worked together to help my family benefit from the sun and help level some energy costs! Thanks, Stephen/Kate/Sun Collectors!
