Purchased a vehicle from Terry's Ford of Peotone on 3/29/24. 2020 **** F150. The salesman ******************* told me multiple times at the time of purchase that the vehicle was covered bumper to bumper as long as I got an oil change from them every three thousand miles. He was the one that told me about the warranty coverage. He told me multiple times in front of my friend who witnessed it. He said I will give you a thousand dollars off if you purchase this vehicle. I contacted him recently because when you push the lock button the driver side door does not lock. He said to bring it in that it is covered. We made an appointment and when I arrived at the appointment the service department told me that it was not covered. I approached **** and told him you told me that the truck was covered bumper to bumper and this would be covered. **** claims he never told me the vehicle was covered bumper to bumper or that this repair would be covered. We had an argument and he said "Fuck you. Kiss my a** I will call the police on you." I told him fine call the police and I left. ******* **** should be responsible for any and all issues I have with this vehicle as that is what **** told me they would do.

I bought a car from them and within 3 hrs my service light came in. Went back to the dealership 3 times and spent over 5hrs there the last time and the problem never got fixed. They over charged me. They added extras on my car I didn't want. Have had the car a week. I feel I bought a lemon and they won't stand behind anything.

on March 16, 2024 ************************* bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan with ****** miles on it.  The vehicle was purchased as is and shown.  It exceeded the State of ******** ******* mile threshhold.

The check engine light did come on as they were driving home.  They drove back to the dealership and stated they added gas, and maybe the gas cap was not on tight enough.

On Saturday March 22, 2024 I believe *******'s Father decided to come to the dealership without an appointment to have us look at the vehicle.  We did run some tests to see if we could accommodate him.  We received a code that it needed a sensor.  We replaced the sensor, but it then was diagnosed it needed a catalytic convertor.  We offered to split the repair cost as an accommodation.  It would have cost him $250.  He told our service writer they will drive it the way it is.

We went above and beyond to try to satisfy the customer. *********************** who made the complaint is not party to any documents that were signed.  I believe she may by ***************************** mother.

We will offer $250 to the repair if they want to have it done locally.  Once again i want to state the vehicle has ******* and was sold as is as shown.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not given any information as it being as is and when signing the papers no information was given to me.  I put 2500 hundred dollars down and the van and it  was only  worth 6999.   We showed up without an appointment because the sales man told us too.  They made me finance for 10 thousand and didn't explain why.  When it was basically only 7000 but we put 2500 down which should of been fianciaed for 4500 dollars.

we discussed with the salesman our concerns and he blow them off.

    Sincerely,

    *******. *****

We reviewed ****************** response.  I have attached the bill of sale which she signed.  All charges are clearly disclosed on the bill of sale.  As you can see it also was marked wholesale no warranty expressed or implied.  She definitely knew it was sold as is.  We will still off $250 toward her repairs.
