      This company did our concrete and messed it up so badly.. promised time and time again to come back and fix it and completely blew me off. We overpaid for the work as it is and the work was guaranteed for life according to Giovanni *********************** the owner. He told it to me straight to my face that it's guaranteed for life and then never came back to fix the mess that he and his crew made. I continued to reach out to him because he kept promising he would come back and fix this since April of this year and he quit responding to me and in fact accused me of harassing him which is a joke. All I was doing is trying to get a date pinned down for him to come back and fix the work like he promised he would do. We spent a lot of money on the job and we couldn't be more displeased in the work and the false promises of a lifetime guarantee on the job. All they did was smear a little bit of concrete over the top layer which is not even close to what the work was supposed to be done as quoted. The concrete was supposed to be completely removed and re-poured. They cut corners and ripped me off. Please help. Thank you.
