I was 27 year old, new to ** and extremely new to ******* (had just been a year at the time) first-time buyer with the sole desire to add a new egg to my investment basket. With no family or friends here that had purchased a property, I only had ****** and Reddit on my table to guide me. I decided to speak with ***** and just check the rates LifeStone Mortgage offered merely thinking it wouldn't hurt to do so. So competitive were the rates that majority of the 18 lenders I had reached out to, just had to walk away!Not only were the rates rock-bottom but the responsiveness of ***** was severely inspirational! I could give him a call at any time of the day to ask any silly question and he would guide me with patience until I was 100% convinced. Soft skills can often be unmeasurable and overlooked, but I hope ***** receives the rewards for the dedication he portrays towards his clients and his work.Overall, my goal of purchasing my first property before my 28th birthday was beautifully crafted and supported by *****. Can't thank him enough for that and wouldn't have been possible without his enthusiasm!! I wish him all the very best and may he reach new heights in his career; I am extremely proud to have discovered this hidden gem of a mortgage lending company.Review from Robert M

From **** of america and chase **** I had to make the switch ....... Lifestone did a great job helping me get approved and also helped save me money. The team was very knowledgeable and Jules did a great job answering any questions I had. I'm glad I took a chance on Lifestone because I was giving money away using bigger companies assuming they would be giving me a better rate. 5 star to say the least. I worked with Jules on purchasing my first home and Im so thankful I used Lifestone! Jules made the process enjoyable (didnt think buying a house was a fun process, but he made me look forward to the next step). Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Had a great experience with lifestone closing on my first home. Had the pleasure working with Jules. He took care of me during the whole process and answered any questions along the way. Overall great experience dealing with Jules and lifestone. Highly recommend.
