In early October 2023, I contacted Tritan Plumbing for a water leakage issue that I was having in my walk-in shower. They sent a technician, ****** and he diagnosed that I need to change the shower drain and lining. They quoted me a price of $2950 which was double the cost of a different plumber. However, I decided to sign the contract with them because they came with a recommendation from a friend's friend (contract attached). I asked the technician how he will do the work and he assured me that it will be done per the contract. However, the day he showed up to work (on 10/16) and just removed one tile and left within 5 minutes. They called me and said that they need to remove some walls for the same and sent me another company that wanted another $2500 for the same. This wasn't a part of the original agreement (attached) as the technician had assured me that there wont be any further work. Now they tell me that I will not only have to pay this $2500 but also additional $5000 (verbal estimate) to another company to complete the work. I have asked them for a refund to no avail. I have also made multiple calls and texts and they aren't willing to refund the remaining amount (about $1500). This company is unethical and inflated the price and not giving me a refund as they (office manager - *****) say that its not their policy to refund customers if the work is not done.Initial Complaint

Earlier this year in March we received plumbing services from Tritan Plumbing. On 6/19/2023 there was a charge of $285.23 and 6/20/2023 there was a charge of $210.23 from a PayPal account named eternalbeau which we confirmed was Tritan Plumbing. We contacted ***** the owner and she confirmed this was a mistake and promised the funds would be reversed within 10 days. After two weeks passed we tried to contact the company multiple times by phone with no success. My husband went to the business and no one was there. On July 30th there was two Charges of $375.00 and on August 1st a charge of $550.00. I called the company from a different phone number and ***** the owner answered. Again she was aware of the charges and claims there was a glitch in the system. She assured me that we would hear back from her by the end of the day on August 3rd. After not hearing back from the business I tried to contact them again with no luck. When we originally originally paid for their services we had to put down 1/2 of the money prior to the service and 1/2 at completion. One charge was from Tritan plumbing and the other was from this PayPal account eternalbeau. I just want my money back.
