    On August 2nd 2024 we purchased a car from Posen Motors LLC at **********************. They cashed the check from Navy Federal but refused to send me the car. When I told them forget it, I no longer want the car and to return the money to Navy Federal they are refusing to do so. I have asked several times to comply with the original agreement or give the money back. I will be flying out to file a police report and have contacted a lawyer.PM-800582

    Purchased a vehicle October 27, 2023 soon as I left the parking lot and went home the first day I had a problem with the car. Call the dealership up to have them fix the problem to the car that I have within 24 hours and they gave me all types of problems. so they fixed one of the problems to the vehicle but kept the main problem. So I take it back to them again December 3 to have it fix they did a very crappy job because within three weeks the same problem happened again. So I been asking for the invoice of the repairs and they refused to give it to me and they blocked my number. Very shady business they have lemons very nice looking lemons.

    Dealership sold me a lemon the engine went out in 40 days dealership lied and said the bank who owened the car was suppose to give me a warranty just lie the Bank says they have nothing to do with it and why would they lie. I have 3 children and cant move around I put down **** dollars and have a car note and now the engine is gone they knew that engine was bad

    On April 27,2022 I purchased a pro master dodge ram. I also purchased a warranty the same day. The dealership Suggested I get a warranty. Told me all the things thats came along with the warranty I thought it would benefit so I agreed to do so. I signed for 24month warranty. I recieved a letter in the mail which I uploaded In documents saying my warranty was canceled do to non payment from dealership. I went to show the dealership my letter they told me the owner was not available come back at 5pm. I did and the lot was closed down for the evening usual hours are 7pm. I went back the following day employee told me the owner is gone again and that he will not giving me any money and totally not trying to cooperate. He stated the owner sent off a few payments for warranty and he got to make sure Im not one of them. I called warranty company back and recorded them saying no payment was made or recieved and it been canceled completely so if a payment was made it would not be accepted. I wanted them to hear that so they wont keep telling me anything. He still proceeded to say he was not giving me any money back. I said I will call the police and they laughed and said they will not do anything. It is not fair and I would like my money back.

    Financed a car with them 3 days later it had engine trouble They towed it claims they fixed it and 2weeks later it was back in the shop they made a minor adjustment then it stopped on me again. Took the keys to them at ****am explaining the car is legally parked until 4 Tow truck calls at 4:15 saying car isnt there Found the impounded car asked for next steps 3 days later(after several attempts to contact) they say it was my responsibility to get car. I take all necessary paper work to them due to impound lot saying THEY had to be there as car would not run and needed a tow. Now they are saying its not there responsibility to fix the problem I had with car since day 3 of getting it off the lot
