He drilled a hole straight through my house and through my electrical walls and didn**;t even hook up my doorbells to them. He threw the old doorbells on the ground and left them there. He drilled 3 more holes and mounted 3 cameras and never hooked them out. He drilled great big holes in my garage. He was supposed to hook up a motion sensor camera and never did any of this. He has over $2,000 of my money for the job. His work is bad and never did finish the job, never hooked it up and changed the computer code and I couldn**;t get access to my computer. I got another security system hooked up in my house.Initial Complaint

After I talked to the young man, I signed the paper saying yes I would like this service. I should not have signed it. They are Ring and Blink cameras. He has not come to service the cameras, they don't work and he won't answer any phone calls. I am supposed to see all around my home to keep my home protected if someone tries to break in I can call the police. They don't work. I would like to know why the cameras are not working and to get them repaired to where they are working.Business response

She said he doesn't stand behind his work, has called her 4 times to call BBB to get the complaint taken off his record because he knew it would embarrass her. The cameras didn't work only one day out of seven. A worker fell through my ceiling. My complaint is not resolved.Initial Complaint

Hired SH Low Voltage 05/19/2022 to install cameras in our manufacturing plant. Promised to start in two weeks. Never showed up, kept offering the excuse that his service van was in for repairs and would be here as soon as the vehicle was fixed. Have seen where he posted videos of installing at for others on social media since then. Now he will not answer calls. We paid $4000.00 deposit and would like our Money back. can provide copy of canceled check.Initial Complaint

I hired him on July 29th. He was to install some security cameras for me. He kept pushing me off and pushing me off. I finally called him and he said he was on his way and he wasn't. I told him to just bring me my money. He was supposed to bring my money on a Monday. He never did come by and now he is not answering any of my calls nor communicating with me.Business response

I will pay the customer back, but it needs to be in installments.
