      I went to Nutrition Works on 11.04.2022 and made a purchase. Usually, I would receive a 30% discount. I was told this discount was no longer available except only to policemen or veterans. I said OK then but when did this change. The clerk could not give me a date so I request to talk to the manager and then another lady came up and said we could no longer continue to give the store away. I said OK then, I have a coupon, attached, she then said that expired on 11.01.2022. I said but it does not say 11.01.2022, it implies that it is good through November 2022. She said it is good to 11.01.2022 and that's it. So, I put quite a few items back and then purchased the things I really wanted for that day. Normally, when I purchase essential oils there, they place them in a small separate brown paper bag because sometimes they may leak. This time, the lady was very rude and placed them in a bag with the (3) boxes of tea that I purchased all in one plastic bag. So, the manager had went back to what she was doing before she had been interrupted so the initial lady did separate them per my request.
