Date of service was for Oct 4, 2022 and she was to come at 9am and I had called her twice she did not answer. She called me back at 3:29pm stating she had a fender ****** and could she come on Friday Oct 7th. She told me she wanted to paint grey on living room walls and *************** and bedroom. I stated I wanted more beige. She said she would bring an associate and he would prime and paint the living room ceiling. while he did that she and I would go to ********** so I could pick out my paint color as I was paying for the paint. She stated it would be $1,350 for everything plus paint. She was to be here at 9am Oct 7th and she showed up at 10:45.am, She came with paint instead of letting me pick out the color I wanted. I finally agreed it was ok. Painted the living room and ceiling and went upstairs to paint. I checked and they were doing the walls and closet. About 3pm she stated 3 times they would finish that day, so I wrote out a check for $1850 as she said the paint was $500., I asked for a receipt, she said she would bring it the next day. I put the check on the table to pay when the painting was done. At some time while I was busy she just took the check off my table and said she was not feeling well and she would finish tomorrow. She cashed the check the same day, I looked all over for the check as I did not see her take it and I did not give it to her. Have bank statement to show proof she cashed it the same day she left. Sat she called and said she was still sick. I told her it had to be done Monday. She stated she would be here at 10am and came at 3pm. she said she was finished and all done. Family and I went up and it was not finished and she did not leave the paint that I paid for. I was away for the weekend and called her on Monday at 12noon. she called at 3:25 and said she was so sorry she of course would come back and finish and bring the paint back the next day. She never showed up, I called her twice and no answer,
