    I worked as a receptionst here and lived the residents and my job however the neglect horror and lack of compassion I saw was thru the roof and I have a medical license as well just was working as a receptionst . They claim everything is news to them but they sure take your money or better yet not give their employees lunch breaks but sure take it out of their check . So when hr asked me if I thought residents were neglected here and I said yes sadly they are i was fired on the spot told to hand my badge over residents have waited weeks for beds phones to be fixed ext I even called nurse about a resident and he said well my back fucken hurts not my problem and hung up so not send your family here beware
