iconic came out and installed my services at ********************************* the end of july ************************************************************************************************** my basement iconic didnt tell me it would have to be moved out side the inspector said they knew it would have to be moved outside ***** is the rockford inspector his number is ************ i got the meter moved outside oct 30-2022 it was passed the first week of nov 2022 iconic did give me $500 to help move the meter out of *************************** to move the meter iconic did very little to help me with the issue they put me in they also made the mistake of putting the work address with comed for my application slowing the progress even more still my solar is not on till the day they had me pay them the fully amount of ***** and something and still cant used it i had to take loans out jut to get the meter moved and to pay for the system and still a non reduced electric bill i was also told i would get 500$ because of i mention the radio ad never got this when i ask about it 3 months ago they just said they would look into it i tried talking to *** one of there mangers today 11/16/22 about it trying to come up with a resolution i felt would be fair he cursed at me didn't want to hear anything i had to say and someone in the background told him to hang up on me and he did
