    In the black company did my tax return for 2023* During this process I have such a hard time getting in touch with my agent ****** * Saying computer was broken ect* I eventually asked for a different person * Which I was then placed in touch with Sofia * After several calls , texts , emails * They finally sent me a copy of my tax return * Then I received a letter in the mail stating I now owe the **** Brought it to there ************* was ghosted* Lies after lies * Or no response at all*
