    The complex has residents pay for parking but yet tows the vehicles on a regular basis!!! This needs investigated. This has turned into a money scam for the apartment company and the towing company.

    The towing company they hire only does drive-bys in the early hours of the morning. This is by definition predatory. Several cars in these lots do not have proper documentation to park here. Only when I bought a brand new truck that sticks out like a sore thumb was it towed on that very day. Within 5 hours it was towed.There are more than enough parking spots in this lot for more cars to park. I've seen the tow trucks drive by several times with hardly enough time to run the records on all of the hundreds of cars parked here. Highly coincidental that when my brand new truck is parked there for 5 hours, it got cherry picked, then towed at 3am...because they know they wont get there fee's paid from someone who own a **********. This is predatory in its nature and this company is not doing right by its tenants by allowing the tow company to do this. Not even a single strike is allowed. Just tow on site. It's a dirty deal the property management has with the towing company and it's quite frankly disturbing to say the least.I'm not the only one. Look up ****************** on BBB website and all the stories are the same. This is unacceptable for a number of reasons.
