Tickets were purchased in Dec 2023 with my debit card fraudulently, After 3 months of trying to get it resolved between my bank and Ticket Master, numberous phone calls and emails, we have come to a standstill. After months of waiting to hear back from TicketMaster *********** they finally called today and told us that the tickets were actually purchased through Tickets Now. (who Ticketmaster acquired in 2008 and our bank statement does say **********) as Tickets Now is who got our money. TicketMaster told us to reach out to Tickets Now. The phone numbers for Tickets Now are all a "marketing" type voicemail, not a business phone and when calling the corporate headquarters number it says, "thanks for calling Ticket Master" I can't reach anyone at that corporate number because you have to know the persons name to get in touch with anyone and I dont know any names. Long story short, Ticket Master and Tickets Now seem to be the same company and blaming this fraud on each other. It has been months at this point and I am at a standstill, but not ready to loose almost $1000 in a purchase I didn't make. Would love to have some help in getting Tickets Now contact so they can issue a refund.Initial Complaint

I was fraudulently charged by Tickets Now out of ******** to my debit card for $562.70, for a purchase that I did not make. When I attempted to contact them the number provided on my bank statement ************) was disconnected. Ticket Master Resale, also listed as a contact for the purchase ************) had no record of said purchase made but also had no way to contact Ticket Now.Initial Complaint

Hello. Concert is tomorrow at four o clock. I never received my tickets, *** says they were never sent out to me. They give me the run around and it is over. I need to be refunded, the tickets are over 700 dollars, and they are saying to me that they will not guarantee delivery of the tickets or a refund. I should contact my attorneys and/or other relevant contacts, and will do so in accordance with their efforts to help me. Thank you!
