    I contacted **** Davis to help with mitigation for a storm that occurred in July of 2024. They did remove the items from my home for storage, they also tarped my roof and removed wet insulation from the ceiling in my bed room. After this was when the problems began. They do not give me a straight answer as to when they will be coming to repair the roof or the ceiling in the bed room, much less return my property back to my bedroom. I get the run around and no answers. They are giving me excuses and this is now going to be almost 6 months and nothing has been done to resolve this issue. If nothing can be done, I simply would like all of my property (items from my bedroom) returned to me without issues. I can get another person to do the roof and the work in my room, but **** Davis took advantage of me and my elderly mother in this situation. They took well over ***** of payments and made promises they are not willing to keep now.
