5 Star Roofing installed a new roof on my home and garage. From start to completion 5 Star Roofing was certainly 5 Star! Our insurance company had initially approved only partial roof replacement for the wind and hail damage on my home and denied the garage repair. 5 Star submitted photos and expert evidence to the insurance company which then approved, ensuring we would receive the job we needed for the stability and safety of our roofs. Before starting the job, 5 Star explained every facet of the work to be done in understandable terms, and we were kept apprised of any additional work needed such as vents that needed repair or installing. The work was done in a timely manner. All in one day. We were pleasantly surprised about that. After the job was done, the crew did a full and complete job of cleaning up all materials and screws etc. 5 Star sent the work completed job report to our insurance company, and we received full payment in less than a week.
