I hired Planted Landscaping to plant some hydrangeas at my house. I ordered 6 plants initially, but thought my space needed more, so I ordered an additional 8 plants. Right away I noticed something was off about half of them; some looked nice and full and healthy. The others didn't look nearly as nice. the representative I was talking to from the company said they were from a different supplier because there was a week or soon between that I asked for more plants, that they would be from a different supplier and assured me they would look the same and within a growing season they would catch up in size to the other, ******, better looking ones, and if it really bothered me that much, then I should trim down the bigger ones to the size of the smaller ones. I gave the plants a year to establish and they are still much smaller than the bigger ones. the leaves on the two different plant look very different from each other too. I contacted representative after the first year and said there wasn't much change in the two plants and I think something should be done for me about that since I wasn't happy with them. This summer came and they still look uneven and like they are different plants. I contacted the representative once again and asked for a refund but he told me he couldn't give me a refund since it had been a couple of years since they were planted (even though he said it would take some time for them to catch up, which I gave them time to catch up) and the best he could do is give me a discount on a tree or other ****.
