      07/11/2022 Date responded to fraud advertisement for magazine subscription for my company $1,450.00 paid until not being able to get my ad covered into The Bluebook ******************** cover as promised for renewing. My rep is no longer available and The Bluebook Company was sold/transferred to another corporation. I wanted my account canceled for this reason of them not being able to fulfill my Magazine ad. I had to have my bank stop all future payments for fraud ad promises. I was promised a magazine cover ad space for my company with an interview to be listed for coming back. I had no use for anything else offered by The Bluebook, except for the new magazine exposure. This never happened and I was not notified the company had been sold.The new Bluebook company does not honor the agreement made with my rep and wants me to pay for the monthly service they offer for their website service and told me they canceled the magazine at the company transfer and not available any longer.I was told by email to pay or they will send me to a collection agency for the remainder of the account. I was told my rep was no longer available and had no reason as to why.I was a member for over 9 years and it included an actual hard cover book directory listing my company. This was phase out when The Bluebook was offered as an online website presence which I didn't require and I ended the service a year prior to being asked to some back. I already had my own website domain up and running prior to the initial subscription.Upon being asked to renew, I only wanted this new magazine advertising and did not need a website from them. I did not need their leads for projects, only for the magazine exposure. This was misleading and fraudulent.

      We are a small business/service provider and a year and half ago we signed a subscription with the BlueBook Network thinking that it would be a good platform for us to use and could generate some leads on potential project. We were sold on a "Bill of Goods" that the company could NOT deliver on. We were informed that the platform would have leads on 3D as-built scanning and 3D building measuring for our services - but such leads and opportunities to bid on those specific services were unavailable on the site in any region of the midwest. We did our best to sure the platform and look for potential project, but each time we came up short. So, I made a managerial decision to cancel our subscription with Bluebook. However, the Bluebook continues to charge our account each month and refuses to cancel our subscription and offer a refund. We have tried to work out a deal with the Bluebook Network but it always involves a new subscription. All I want is for Bluebook to cancel my subscription and refund us the past couple of months.
