I called on a Friday, 4/25/25 to inquire about a loan. Was told Monday 4/28/25, would review my application. No one ever reaches out to explain updates, just a generic text everyday at 5:40 pm, stating, STILL reviewing your case. If you call, you get a recorded message, verbatim, same as text. If you're able to get in touch with a live agent, not much help either. I finally asked to speak with a supervisor on Monday, 5/5/25 because I was tired of being lied to. Was promised a supervisor wplould review the previous agent log and hers also and call back that evening. Never received a callback. Then before noon on 5/6/25, I received a text stated, unable to fund my case and to please reapply in 30 days if you have updates on your case. Nothing more. I wasted time, almost 1.5 weeks on a company that didn't have decency to update you in a timely manner. During this time, I could have applied to another company.

We appreciate the concern raised by Mr. ****** Each funding agreement executed between Oasis and its customers, including those executed with Mr. ****** included clear and conspicuous disclosure regarding the amount of funding provided, the fees that will be applied to the funding, and Oasiss Ownership Amount (as well as total fees owed) based on the date of repayment. The amount under Mr.Figueroas agreement increased in six-month intervals up to 36 months, at which point the amount was capped. Mr. ****** attorney has requested a reduction in the amount Mr. ***** would owe Oasis upon repayment, and we encourage Mr. ***** to speak with his attorney for more information.Review fromJustin E

I played at oasis and gave them all the info. They asked me to contact My Attorney and let him know that they would contact him which I did and after they contacted him, he contacted me and told me that he just got off the phone with them and everything and then waiting for approval for eight days, I got a text from them saying that they close my case because they couldnt get a hold of My Attorney But they did and talked to him on the phone also he took time out of his day to send them a bunch of paperwork dont know why they are lying its just weirdOasis Financial

I have been waiting for 4 days to get an approval, but they claim it only takes ***** hours to get a decision from the underwriters. The last company I tried to get a settlement loan had me waiting 3 weeks, and I still did not get approved. I think this company is doing the same technique by having me wait, but not approve me for a settlement loan of just $2,000. I am in the final stage of a settlement, but they can not give me a loan of just $2,000 when my demand amount is over $90,000!I do not want anything to do with this company, especially the reviews that have been posted. All I get from my phone texts are excuses, claiming the loan is still being reviewed, and an AI person stating the same ******** today's time it only takes minutes, and sometimes seconds to get an approval, but it will be a week next Monday (March 31, 2025) with this company. Oasis; practice what you say, and stop saying what you don't mean. In other words; prove me wrong!Oasis Financial

I find this company of absolutely worthless!!! I was in an accident in ******* but live in ************** everything about the accident, lawyer, and lawsuit is in ******* I was told that ** is a no pre-settlement funding state which is a bald faced lie just 6 months ago I applied for and received funding from ************** which is located in ** I find myself in a jam and tried to go back to them only to be told that this worthless company had bought them out and now only do medical funding. Thing is this company isnt even located in ******* yet will fund there. They can operate in ** for medical funding why not pre-settle only answer I received was its a no funding state like I said isnt true!!! They pick and choose on a whim who they will or wont help .I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!Oasis Financial

In a recent conversation with the director, he implied that their focus is primarily on covering medical expenses, which isnt mentioned on their website. The neurosurgeon recommended multiple surgeries due to spinal conditions from the accident. Yet, I was told their primary concern was whats currently happening with my current medical treatment. The website promises, We prioritize your health and well-being, ensuring you receive the best possible care without the burden of financial stress. When I asked the director for at minimum one months worth of living expenses from funding, he seemed to imply it wouldnt be approved, despite not having all the details. Their website claims, We are committed to helping you through the difficult times, and we take pride in offering personalized solutions tailored to your needs.The director even referenced a company not involved in my case. Attention to detail is lacking. The website states, Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service, and we pride ourselves on attention to detail. What?Corporations have a fiduciary duty of respecting client rights. Their behavior raises concerns about their business ethics and consumer rights handling. *** requested just $10,000 to cover my expenses during this time. The website states, Our goal is to make your recovery process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Their actions are in ***** contrast to this claim.The case managers should be relabeled message intermediaries, as they have no involvement in navigating claims or advocating for clients. Per the website, Our team will be by your side, ensuring you never have to deal with an automated system alone.There needs to be a reevaluation of their underwriters training to ensure they are capable of interpreting personal injury claims correctly, which requires a unique skillset. My medical documentation matters. The companys statements need to reflect what they actually provide.Oasis Financial

I had a friend recommend Oasis Financial because she was able to secure a $2000 loan with some lame lawsuit. I figured Id try it since I was hit by a drunk driver and tossed 30 feet from the vehicle. They declined my application stating (you are going to love this one) the incident was to recent please call when there are updates on my case. Say what? Like what???? I am in physical therapy my estimated payout is $80,000 but the attempted murder of me is too recent? Go ahead and play with these people if you want to. This place does not deserve an A+ ************ is the worst of the worst They lie about the same day pay They will have you waiting weeks with no response, They will approve you than deny you without even telling you. The customer service is terrible so incompetent And they will literally have you fishing through hoops. I advise everybody to please read the reviews on this company before you decide to do any business with them. But if you ask me, I will tell you to not even consider thinking in that direction If youre gonna get took advantage of at least make sure Youre comfortable.Oasis Financial

I applied for a loan from Oasis and was told that I was approved and the money would be in my account the next day. I expressed that the money was needed because I was in the process of being evicted and I also have full custody of my daughter. The manager told me that the money was released t9 my bank and it should only take a couple of hours. Needles to say that I ended up being evicted and the money still hasn't been deposited into my account 4 days later. I asked the manager if she could just void the loan because now that I am in a shelter with my daughter, the money isn't needed. Her response was I had to take the loan because the application was completed. If they would have said that it would take a week, I would have made other arrangements. In my opinion Oasis uses false advertising to get you to take the loan and they also lie to you to lead you to believe that money has been released when in all reality it hasn't. There should be a law against companies that holds them accountable for misleading costumers especially when it ends up putting the costumer in a worse position they were in before dealing with them.Thanks for nothing Oasis and my child and I really needed the money so we wouldn't be homeless. ***** *****Oasis Financial

Oasis strives to provide needed funds to plaintiffs waiting on the settlement of their legal claim, but we unfortunately cannot control the speed with which a bank would receive funds. Oasis advised Mr. ***** the funding was released to their bank on September 13, 2024, and it was up to them when they received it. We were able to work with Mr. ****** and he received his funding shortly after.
