this occured on 1/25/2024. I purchased around $100 of medical marijuana. When checking out, I was concerned the bill was double on some products, when the website offered buy 1 get one for 1 *****. The products they advertised that were medicinal and what I ordered were not given a discount. Yet the name brand advertised stated clearly that all 6 items were part of the promotion. when I pointed this out, I was met with disrespect and unaccountability. I asked the non-discounted items be removed, and After I paid, I was met with angry security individuals who only escalated the matter, shifting blame on me and pretending I was the one with the problem. i did not raise my voice, was not confrontational, but nonethe less, I was humiliated in public, escorted out and told never to return. All for pointing out their faulty advertising and discrimination against medical patients. not providing the 2 items of the 6 items offered on line to me, and given the fact that the 2 items I needed were clearly medicinal, it was clear to me that I was being discriminated against, and at the same time these angry entitiled people altered reality and posed me as some kind of criminal for complaining about not being treated fairly and removing items from my purchase that were part of false advertising
