    I ordered a dash cam and memory card from Rove on December 3, 2024. The dash cam arrived within a week; however, the memory card never arrived. The memory card was shipped on 12/5, and it shows it being delayed in transit on 12/9. I have reached out to Rove numerous times. At first, they said I needed to contact ******, because it was shipped using Amazon logistics. I called ******, and ****** was very clear that they cant help me since it was not ordered under my ****** account but ordered directly through Rove. ****** said that the only people who can access the shipping information is the company that shipped it. After numerous emails, Rove finally agreed to look into the delay in shipping. It has now been four weeks, and I reached out to them again, but was told that I need to wait longer and they cannot give me a refund. Based on my interaction with Rove, I will never consider doing business with them again.

    I purchased a dash cam directly from Rove's website. I never really needed to pull footage, and when I first received it, connecting to it via wifi was incredibly difficult. It would take ***** minutes to connect. I didn't think anything of it. Fast forward, I had a few instances where a vehicle sped down my road and almost hit me, another instance that I needed to offer footage to the police. When viewing the footage, the date/time would be in Spanish - when language was set to English. The footage times would show a length of 1 second, the time would be inaccurate. The only way to communicate with them is through text. It is extremely difficult to try and trouble shoot an issue with technology with only text. I send a message, they eventually respond then have to go out to my truck again. Extremely frustrating. I eventually get someone to call me by the name of *******. We had talked about the issue and he said he would send me a replacement, I was reluctant but agreed with the terms that if this doesn't work I will receive a refund in which he agreed. I received the replacement, and I'm still having issues. It took me 4 days to get it setup because of wifi issues with the device. They said not to send in accessories, but failed to tell me that the back of the camera has a detachable accessory that connects to the wiring for the rear dash cam. So now, even if I wanted to I cannot use it. I have been trying to get a hold of ******* for the refund for this. I have been trying to get a hold of them since 9/20. I was promised ******* would call me again which did not happen and am being denied a refund. I'm at a point where I've given up and just want to sell this but I need the part. On 9/26 I was told they would send the part and send me tracking. It has been 4 business days, I have not received tracking, the part, or a phone call. They will take days to respond, and I have to initiate the conversation to get this handled. ***********************. JUST AWFUL.

    Bought a dash cam from rove dash cam.com and the item didnt work so I returned to the return address on the box *** delivered it to them and they are saying they didnt get it and refused to credit my account back $179.98 for the purchased amount.
