      On 7/16 Ive purchased fitness prgm at ***** p/m. Then personal Trainer ****** then 89..00 biwkly. I was to train every Tuesday for F months. On 7/20 trainer cancels 30 mins before training via txt. Report issue to GM ****************** He refer to Fitness Manager *** to get a trainer for next scheduled session. Was told to expect a call from new trainer. On 7/27 no call no show. Reported issues to both Will nd ***. Was refer to Corp. Spk to ***** explain the situation and ask for cancellation. She confer with *** that they have a trainer. I expressed dissatisfaction and wanted my money back. She said no cancellation after 3 days only refund if Im disabled or gym is 25 miles away. I told her Im suing. Then was offered 660 waived and four free training sessions but the keeping my initial payment. Respond so its not free and now im force to train with incompetence. Then offers to train in another facility. I ask for this to be in writing by the end of the work day. No email. I want my money.

      I have had an issue w using the services paid for, for the past 3 years. I paid for three years of spa& every single time i go to the spa for tanning or the spa bed there is an issue either none of the employees know how to use the devices, they are broken, or they are currently out of service. I have spent over ***** on these services that I can't even use & then when I commute to multiple locations I end up with the same issue. i was lied to i was billed wrongly for three months during the pandemic. *** services were now added to regualr membership yet i paid1k Then i written to their corporate office and to their legal division (I as referred to write to them specifically) I never I received a response from corporate. I have certifed registered mail that it was delivered as well. More over, they canceled their towel policy, never sent a memo about it and never refunded the members for the cost that pays that service. The services are unsanitary and hyrdo bed was full of urine dirt

      In an effort amicably resolve this matter, this member was refunded $166.25, for self-spa.   In gesture of good will, this member was given 90 days free Self Spa, to use at her discretion.

      I came home for Christmas and signed up to use the gym for a week. Before I returned back to school, I cancelled my membership. In December of 2021 and January 2021, I was charged the yearly membership and the the monthly membership, which cam to $100.00. This money was taken out my banking account. Numerous phone calls and visits made by mother yielded no results. She made also made a complaint and the business relief that the monies would be returned but I have not received any money yet. The money should be returned.

      This member used his current membership until December 27, 2020.   This member did not send a certified letter, registered letter or regular mail, nor had ******************** phone service or email, received any reach out from this member.  The member did cancel in the gym, in person on February 20, 2021.  

      In the spirit of cooperation and good will, we will refund, to card on file, ****, pursuant to the member's request.

      I cancelled my membership on 6/1/21. They stated they would send me a check and I would receive it by the end of June. I've been calling them constantly asking them for my money back. They are refusing to return my $457 for the membership. That I cancelled before the date of 6/4/21. They stated they accepted my cancellation and would return my money. Now in the middle of July and they still haven't returned my money.

      This member participated in a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and cancelled her membership on June 1, 2021.  This member was advised that it would take 30 days to process refund.   First attempt at refund was rejected by Bank, Card on File refused to accept refund thereby elongating the process.   A check was now necessary to refund the member, as the Card on File was rejected.  

       The **************** confirmed member's mailing address and sent a check refund to address on file.   We believe the check is in route. 

      This matter has now been concluded on the part of XSport Fitness.  If the member has any questions she can call ************.

      I am a former member of this gym, I stopped by the facility on Wednesday, 07/14/21 to cancel my membership and was told that it had been cancelled and that the charge to my card on the same day would be the last charge. Today Thursday, 07/16/2021 my card was charged once more when I dialed the gym to asked for a refund they said a refund cannot be provided and that I had signed a contract which is inaccurate. I asked for a copy of such contract was told that a copy cannot be provided. I then contact my bank to claim a dispute.The reason for my complain is because I am afraid this is normal practice for this gym as a college student I can no longer afford their services and never missed on a payment. All I ask for is a full refund of the last charge of $49.00, and an immediate stop to recurring charges to my card

      This gym charged me 50 dollars fraudulently. No contract was signed. I was interested in a **** promotion sent to me by email. I was bullied into signing up over the phone. Provided my cc number was told a contract for **** would be sent over instead I got a charge of 50 dollars. When I called they said it was an annual maintenance fee. Then they said I was in a 50 dollar a month plan. These people are scam artists. They will not return my money. The corporate number now one ever picks up the phone. Tried multiple times. You cant just charge people money with no agreement signed and then not give it back. I have never visited the gym or reviewed any agreement. Please help! I have reached out numerous times.

      I put down a deposit of $1,000,00 on March 4, 2020 for Personal Training Sessions (one on one with another person). On or about March 19, 2020 ******** input a stay at home order due to Covid. I was never able to conduct a one on one training session. I did not return to Xsport nor did I use any training sessions. In order to receive a refund, Xsport requested a letter from my physician and per their request I obtained a letter from my physician. I would like a refund of $1000.00 for services never used.I have called and sent Xsport letters on August 3, 2020, September 22, 2020, October 20, 2020, November 24, 2020 and via Fax May 26, 2021, June 2, 2021, June 16, 2021 and July 14, 2021.

      This member was refunded on 12/16/2020 $1,000.00 representing the personal training down payment and the balance of the agreement was written off, pursuant to the medical doctors note.
