    Hello,I am requesting assistance in having McGrath Honda provide me with an updated purchase order so that my bank can disburse the funds for the purchase of a Civic Honda 2024 vehicle which we obtained from this dealer on 5/3/2024. Purchase order needs to reflect the removal of the extended warranty in the amount of $2500.00. We are not interested in this warranty. On 5/2/2023 in the evening, we visited this dealer as my daughter was interested in purchasing a vehicle. We agreed on price and our credit was run and along with a credit application. In the credit application, I was acting as the co-signer since my daughter just turned 18th and she does not have an established credit history.During the credit application our social security #'s were inverted. I questioned why this would be done but the salesperson mentioned that once our application was processed in the finance department that this would be corrected or switched back. With the numbers inverted, our credit applications were never process as evident by the letter from Honda Finance dated 5/21/2024 and email from ********************* (McGrath's Business Advisor). Currently, I have secured financing thru my bank. My bank is ready to write a check to McGrath Honda but the bank needs an updated purchase order. This dealership is stalling in providing me with this document and has barely acknowledged receipt of this request. I would like for them to send me this updated document as soon as possible. From this point on, I would like all communication from this dealership be done via email. Re contracting documents need to be send via email as I am not interested in visiting this facility given their lack of communication, inaction on their part, and frankly I have no trust on anything that they verbally or textually communicate.     Absolutely the worst experience. They are con artists. I will keep it short. My 2022 Honda has a hood that vibrates. I have taken it there 4 times and each time they said they called Honda but no reply. So I called Honda and they have a detailed report of everything done to the car including oil changes and Honda insists no one called about the hood. I also have my display for radio, phone, and GPS go completely black, or sometimes just randly scroll from one menu to another without me touching it. They have had my car for over a month and said they can find nothing wrong even though I showed them what it was doing and they witnessed it going blank. When I went to pick it up I now have a massive grinding sound when I break and they tried to tell me it was a normal noise because it sat on the lot for a month. I have been here for over an hour and no response. Beware do not buy from them!
