              I have been using this company for a few years now. Never had a problem until today. I called for a pick at ****** and was told it would be about a ***** minutes wait. The driver called about **** minutes later and said he was 15 minutes away. So it was longer than I was first told. Then he No show. I called again and they said they are sending a new driver out. He is 5 minutes away. So he calls me. He said he is 15 minutes out. So 2nd time I'm told wrong time. At this point it's almost 45 minutes waiting at the airport outside. I called again and the guy would not own up that he said he was 5 minutes away and told me that the first car had mechanical problems. Good thing I called or I would be still waiting. TERRIBLE communication to their customers!!! The second driver when he did get to me was nice. It's not his fault that this company does not have its act together. So when I called again to talk to dispatch, he would not give me any compensation for this huge problem. 45 minutes-1 hour waiting to get picked up. Unbelievable!!! I want my money back $27.00

              What I think of Universal taxi in Niles is they are ******** everytime ***** or Will sends my mom a taxi out here to **** ********* they give her a hard time like today for instance we couldn't go and take care of her business thanks to ***** so he lied and told my mom that as soon as the driver would be done with his Customer he would come and pick us ** in 10 minutes cab 119 well those 10 minutes turned into an hour then this white chick cab 425 called me on my phone talking about she was on her way coming from ***************************** Street on the expressway and had the nerves to lie on me and my mom and say we curse her out and I told that ****** no we. Didn't all we were doing was just asking her questions I don't like how this cab stand treat their Customers they have people waiting over an hour for their rides on top of all of that the drivers go back and lie on the passengers I would like for both ************* to be Suspended without pay.
