    Hi my name is ***************************. I live 779 ******* rear In ******* **. I moved here 6/22/2022, and my house was broken into 6/28/2022. I called the housing property manager and was told they can only come put a board ** in the window. They broke in and took all of me and my daughters electronics, and left behind a huge sword knife. I left that same day because me and my daughter was scared for our safety, and now me and my daughter are homeless sleeping at the rest stop because they will not give me my security deposit back. I havent even been there a week yet. They are very rude and disrespectful they laugh in your face. When you tell them you will call a lawyer they will hang up. Something has to be done I dont think this is fair. I have no money no help no nothing, and all theyre saying is we not giving you nothing back. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?!?!     This tenant signed a legal binding lease agreement. If she wishes to move we will not *** her for the 12 month term of the lease violation however the deposit is non refundable as she is planning on breaking the lease.  She has yet to turn the keys in to the property therefore she still has possession of the property so this is all a mute point at this time.  The property was broken into according to her however she has yet to provide a police report to us.  We did board up the broken window without that police report.  That home has been vacant for several months without any incidents.  She did call our office yesterday screaming, cursing, and threatening that she had called an attorney and that they had reached out to us; however at this point we have not been contacted by any legal authority on her behalf; furthermore once a tenant claims to have legal counsel we no longer carry on communication, we will forward any legal issues to our legal department.

    I have proof of money I paid on a ledger. They are not acknowledging the proof that I have on what I owe. The previous manager never told them about the credit for rent I have.

    We started managing this property in January 2022 and the tenants account balance was provided to us from her previous property manager at no point did she dispute the charge with us and she continue to fill out for rental assistance claiming that she owe that much money so the Organization would pay her rent the organization has since paid her rent and the owner has waive over two months of rent for the tenant and she has a zero balance on her account she is looking for extra free money so she doesn’t have to pay rent in the future that is not how this works and she is referring to items from prior to our management. This complaint needs to be closed with no further action

    I have put in multiple work orders on things for things that need to be fixed. The property manager keeps canceling them. I make the request through the property portal and I also have to call. I was told to call the request in to avoid cancellation, but they still get canceled. I have tried calling the office but they are pretty rude, so I tried email. I sent an email first to a person that I had an email for from when I first moved in. Honestly, I've had trouble with maintenance issues since before I moved in. I am seeing water in the floor vents. It gives off an odor; and I believe there might be mold growing where I can't see. They are not responding to me. I have requested to speak to the property manager since December, before I moved in, and he's not returned my call. He has responded via email but very argumentative and now he has stopped responding. He did send a roof guy out but that's not the issue that I'm having. I have a four year old and I don't think this is good for him.

    The complaints that the tenant is claiming that have been cancelled are items that we have found to be tenant damage or tenant responsibility per the terms of her lease.  Tenant is more than welcome to vacate the property and find other options with another company at the end of her lease or per the lease terms. There have been multiple repairs made in the recent past As well as existing work orders pending the independent contractor scheduling with the tenant.
