There were red flags from the very beginning at this property. A week before my move in the Property Manager, ******** emailed me to tell me that they ran into an issue with the current tenant and he was supposed to be moved out but was not yet. She asked if I had any wiggle room with my dates. I cant tell you how incredibly stressed I already was at that time and to hear this a week before my move in date was NOT helpful. I had to call the police several times due to people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. There are people walking around the cars and leaning on them and smoking, leaving cigarette buds all over the place, there is a strange woman that walks around barefoot into the clubhouse to refill her coffee or tea, kids are always playing in the street or by cars and have hit my car and I'veseen them hit other residents cars. Now some hillbillies havemoved into the community a few months ago and its quite obvious that they have never lived in an apartment community before. They have their children yelling and screaming all day long outside their units or at the pool starting issues over there. They let their dog run around unleashed(which according to theordinance, they cannot do), leaving their doors and windows wide open, yelling and screaming early in the morning. Since these people have moved in, the property has gone down tremendously. They recently had an altercation with someone outside and the man pulled out a knife!!! Ive been in touch with the Area Manager ****** and the Vice President, ****** on getting some kind of concession or rent reduce. All the options provided (not many, and it was like pulling teeth) only benefited the company and not myself, the resident. Mind you this was going on back and forth for 17 days with no resolution. I spoke to another resident who moved out due to this. If you do decide to move here, be very careful which area you settle with or it can become a nightmare for you.
