    Around June 28, 2022 I took my car (**** ***** Del Sol) to Marquez Auto Repair to fix an overheating problem, the A/C, and two windows motors which the two windows motors were replaced successfully. However neither the heating problem nor the a/c were fixed. Please note that when I picked up the car ******* Marquez refused to provide me with a receipt with a breakdown of all expenses which amounted to $1,100.00. Four days after I picked up my car (7/8) I realized that it continued to overheat and the a/c was not working either, so I took it back to ******* Marquezs shop. ******* re-checked my car and in a matter of two minutes he said that the overheating problem was deeper than he thought and that the car actually needed a new motor which according to him would require at least another $1,800.00. I decided to take my car for a second opinion and I found out that the car did not need a new engine, but it only needed a 12-inch antifreeze hose replacement for which I had to pay a separate amount. A few days later 8/18 I took the car back to ******* so he could fix the a/c problem (which initially had not been fixed either). After he looked it over he said that the problem was the used compressor that he had installed, so I told him to just return the defective compressor with a good one and reinstall it, and he said that he did not have the receipt to the compressor nor did he remember where he had obtained it. He suggested to just buy a new compressor however he could not apply the $90.00 dollars that he paid to buy a defective compressor which in the end I ended up paying for plus another $90.00 worth of labor both of which about to $180.00 In short:a) ************************************* said that my car needed a new motor which was not true b) He did not fix the overheating problem nor the a/c c) He refused to provide a receipt of all expenses d) He said that he cant remember where he obtained the defective motor therefore he has no way of returning it. e) He lies!!
