My flooring was an insurance claim. My flooring was replaced by Carpet One 5/4/2020. I informed Carpet One in Jan. 2021 that it was separating. They came out and looked at it. They said it was do to the change in weather. I have a letter from ******************* that I should contact them again ******* or May of 2021 to remedy the problem. CarpetOne has a lifetime warranty and that it applies to this work. **** Olsons word in the letter he sent me. Carpet One then got ************************* involved who is the owner of the store. He came out and looked at the problem. He wanted to put piece of trim in there like you would put between a room that had carpeting. I did not want that and my original flooring did not have that. My original flooring was down for 7 years with no issues. Then ************************* hired a flooring inspector and said he would have the final word. That co. ********************************* Inspections from *************.Their phone is ************. The gentleman that came out was ****************** Level. I have his first inspection regarding my flooring but not his final report. Carpet One came out again and took some pictures after pulling away some molding and sent them to the floor inspector. After that I have left at least dozen a messages for *************************. No one else will touch my file or help me. Hopefully you can. I hate to editorialize but both ******************* and ************************* are like a pair of used car salesmen. Hate to put a dim light on car salesmen but I hope you get the point. I am not going. let this go. Thank you. I hope you you can help. I have the flooring running throughout the house except for the bedroom. My house is a little over **** square feet.
