    Well it's been past 7 to 10 business days and still no refund of the monies they had taken out of my bank account. Really hurting now with the creditors since I need that money returned in order to pay them with it

    Totally disappointed and *************** careful how this company works. They dont work for you. I been depositing money in my account for 7 months , my situation is worse.Their negotiations are ridiculously in favor of themselvesBe careful you guys can better take care of your financial matters????????????????????

    This company has been taking money out of my account for 4 months and was supposed to help pay other creditors. They have not done anything and now my credit is even worse. I want all my money back from them. They are a scam!

    Worst decision ever. This lowered my credit score by an exorbitant amount, while doing NOTHING to alleviate my debt. Do yourself a favor and negotiate with creditors directly. Better offers, less headache and will not destroy your credit.
