      I have flooring from Floor and decor installed by ***** Installation. I was charged for delivery of material for $185.00 . Material was picked up however it was returned and new material purchased. I brought new material home myself. The 1st material was never delivered. I requested a refund of $185.00 and refused. I spoke to ****** about a possible discount. I was also refused and had to pay full $185.

      Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We understand that you were charged for the delivery of the original material, even though it was returned and replaced with a different product. We would like to clarify that C & H Installation is a service provider and was not involved in the selection of the flooring product.
      However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delivery charge. We can confirm that the original material was picked up by C & H Installation and delivered to your home as requested. Unfortunately, the product did not meet your expectations, and C & H Installation returned it to the store at no additional charge.

      Please note that the delivery charge is for the transportation of the product, regardless of whether it meets the customer's expectations or not. However, we understand your frustration and would like to offer you a $75 refund as a gesture of good will.
      We hope this resolves the matter to your satisfaction. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further concerns or questions.

      I am rejecting this response because: I also sent email to ************************* at C&H Installation. H called me 4/11/23 and after having conversation with him he said would send $100.00 to settle dispute I agreed to this amount and once I received it I would Let BBB know dispute settled. Never received any reply until this message.
