      I've shortened the text below: ******** ********** of ********* and Professional Regulation I've been patiently waiting for approved supplies from PRISM for over 2 months, including filters that need to be replaced monthly. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, they have not shipped or even acknowledged my requests. This has been going on for the second month in a row now.During my last conversation with their assistant, my order was cancelled due to a misunderstanding. When I called last month to inquire about my available items, I was told that I could not receive them. To make things worse, the three-page letter I received didn't offer any solutions or explanations for the situation.PRISM continues to be unresponsive and non-communicative with me over any electronic communication since I informed them of my intent to file a complaint. They keep telling me that I am not approved to receive items despite their refusal to comply with the approved list.I want to inform you that three months have passed, and PRISM has not provided me with the supplies approved on the schedule. In particular, I have not received any new filters for the machine that need to be replaced monthly, and I have run out of them. Additionally, I have not received the new heated hose that is supposed to be approved every three months.PRISM has not responded to my insurance provider, CountyCare, despite their repeated attempts to reach out to them.The company uses deceptive practices within the law to charge for unfulfilled supplies and backcharges. They revoke access to order supplies via SMS and email, prioritizing their bottom line over patient health and inconsistent healthcare over the past 4.5 years, the company prioritizes their bottom line over patient health. Consider a new DME supplier. Hold them accountable through your service agreement. Keep detailed records to protect yourself as healthcare is poorly regulated.

      I wish I could give negative stars. This company is the worse. I was provided and signed and statement of charges agreeing to a $28.00 copay. I provided my credit card and they automatically enrolled me in auto and charged me $140. Each month after they continued to charge $50. The website is useless and provides no explanation of the charges. The only explanation given was it's a rental fee. I stated I have an agreed to amount of $28 and nothing that I received states I would be charged a rental fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

      Zero stars if possible. They harassed me for several weeks about making an appointment to get a cpap for my son while I was working with the insurance company. Once we got the machine, no one told us I was going to have to call to order supplies. I called to order supplies the last full week of May. By the last full week of June we still had not received the supplies I had ordered so I called again. Funny how the supplies showed up two days later. Never received a call back though about why there was a delay. Open the package so my son can switch out supplies to find they sent us the wrong mask. So I call again. The woman I spoke to was rude. I was told that the correct mask would be sent. Now a full week after that and still no mask. Called to find out what is going on and got sent to voicemail. Not holding my breath that Ill get a call back this time either. Only went with this company because they had machines available and the company his doctor uses was back ordered several months. Ive already let his doctors office know they shouldnt recommend this alternative. Not unless theyre ok with theyre patients getting s***** care.

      Z**O STARS!!!! This company does not deserve to be in business. We have been working with them for about 3 weeks and have had nothing but problems. They just tell lie after lie after lie. We were told oxygen would come in 2 different deliveries. The first "home" machine came on 4/18 only to find out it is a portable machine. The representative told us he had not other orders for my mom, even after we said this machine is not what we ordered. Before the representative left the house, we were on the phone with Prism and kept getting different stories. We cancelled our order on 4/18 and told them to come get their machine. On the initial phone call they advised us that they do not **** insurance ********** and immediately charged my dads credit card approximately $289.99. After they picked up their machine (which was never used) on 4/19 they turned around the billed ******** 2 times for approximately $289.00 each time. ******** FRAUD. The insurance company has been trying to get a hold of Prism for approximately 2 weeks now. They do not answer the phone nor doe they return messages. My mom still has not oxygen and has ended up in the ** due to having trouble breathing. This is a terrible company to do business with.
