    I ordered an intake manifold in November 2022. I've still not received it. Business will not return calls. I want my money back as I've never received my item.

    You ordered an intake on a pre order status.  That means it pre casting order and with covid delays causes a supply chain issue. We have not received any calls from you how about send an email.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Per the last conversation I had with ***, who I assume is the owner, he assured me Id have the intake manifold and pulleys before Christmas. Attached are five screenshots (which are just a fraction of the emails I sent.)

    Also, this order was placed early November 2022. The initial email in February was to elite rotary which then changed its name to rotary parts world.

    My sons has a **** ***** RX 8 that had a total rebuild engine by Elite rotary. We have always paid for all the work in full and have never left the building without proper payment. He is impossible to get a hold of and whenever we attempt to call or see when we can get in to get a problem with the car looked at, it is a nightmare to get a hold of him. We leave messages after messages without one call back. His check engine light has been on and we have not been able to get it to pass emissions for almost two years and since then we cannot get a license plate sticker because we cannot get the part that we are told is on back order because of "covid" is the excuse that we are told. We paid for this part in full $1800. in October of 2021 and still to this day, he has not called ** once to give ** an update, return our money, NOTHING! our only option is to take him to court. After reading all these reviews, it is sad to say, but guess that is what we need to do

    I made a very large order with Elite Rotary to the tune of 7,358.95USD$ ** August 2022. I was given a completion date of November. That came and went and after repeated attempts to get a hold of them no delivery date was ever promised (this is how they operate to avoid chargebacks). I was so excited to use their products because from what i hear they are amazing. But Here we are May 2nd 2023 and I have been ghosted and they have not responded to a single email. They have not replied to any of my emails or phone calls in nearly a month. Their Instagram is still active and they stopped responding on Instagram messages to me as well. Its extremely frustrating and very upsetting that a business just doesn't tell the truth and rips people off willingly.

    We purchased online in April of last year and paid in full. Since then we have tried to get a hold of Elite Rotary Performance. I have record of calling and emailing the company. Their phone has a mailbox that is full and the e-mail listed on the paperwork we received is non-excitant as it came back to me undeliverable. Are company has almost ******* invested in this purchase which is considerably a lot for a small family owned business. I am from another state so I have no idea as to what to do.     A year ago I made a parts order with Elite for around $5,000 "***" (owner) ended up shipping me about half of the parts I'd purchased and told me the rest were on hold. He gave me a bunch of "covid" excuses... so I waited month after month.*** won't ever answer his phone but has some girl who knows nothing take a message. *** will call you back maybe 10% of the time at first... then he will never call you back and his girl won't ever even answer the phone.After almost 4 months had passed my credit card company told me if I didn't dispute the charges I'd lose my money. So, I did and ended up getting $2,500 back. No matter how many times I called or emailed *** would not call me back or tell me what was going on.Later, I re-purchased the parts (just a few months ago) but *** never sent them. I waited almost three months before I cancelled the order. In that time he replied to ONE of my emails only claiming I was a fraudster and that I was on his black-list. It made no sense. I told him I'd paid for the parts I got but got back the money for the parts I didn't and was not trying to re-purchase the parts. I told him I cannot wait too long or the credit card company would not allow me to dispute the purchase. He did not reply. I called him several times with nobody answering. I finally, finally got ahold of *** one last time and he told me this: "*****, even if a year goes by and you can't dispute the credit card anymore I will on my word of honor send you the parts I owe you! I would NEVER steal! Just trust me and everything will be fine!" I told him, "Yeah, I'll cancel the order every time before dispute expiration and re-make the order - then we're all good!" He got angry and hung up.It's sad because the parts I got are good quality - I don't know what's wrong with the guy. Just send the parts. Oh, and I know if I let the credit card dispute time expire I'll never see a dime back or a part sent. That's all just gas-lighting.

    Elie rotary misrepresented themselves, by taking my car for false repairs. Stealing parts off my car , working on areas of the car not agreed on. Claimed a loss of computer failure , to make a fake bill and claim he lost money. The shop stole parts from my car valued at *******, and lack of qualified work done on my car.

    ****** is a liar and a scammer.  He did bring us his car in 2017 to get his car up and running. The car arrived  in very poor shape we advised him he needed an engine harness and other parts.  ****** would come into our shop high on drugs and was asked to leave many times due to his drug use. We told him to pick up his car due to not wanting to fix it the correct way and   He was using other peoples credit cards to pay his bill over the phone we found this out later when we went to court and he lost the case for lying to the judge.  This guy is a scammer and lies.

    On November 24th, 2021. I made a purchase on the Elite Rotary Performance Shop website. I purchased the Elite ? Stainless Steel RX8 Hybrid Exhaust ****** and Elite Billet RX7 Thermal Pellet, which totaled $365.13.On December 4th, I emailed the company asking if the parts were already shipped, and I received no response. After emailing them, I decided to call the company about the status of my order. They delayed my shipment because the part was not in stock and had to be made by another company. They also said the pandemic made production and receiving slow. I was very understanding and patient about the order, but not until I began to call them again about updates on the order was I left disappointed. They said multiple times that they would give me a call back with any updates on my order, but they never did. I would have to call them back to remind them that I was supposed to get a callback. The company also lied to me, stating that I should receive a shipping confirmation soon since they had my order ready, but they never did. The week of November 21st, I called the company to ask for a refund, and they said I should receive it by either November 28th or the 29th. I never received the refund. I have called them multiple times about the refund I didnt receive, and Im left with no response.     Originally brought parts for my engine to the shop for refurbishment around 02/July/2020, ran into multiple delays and to compensate for the issues, the company offered to rebuild my engine at no cost for service, but i would pay for parts. The job wasn't completed until 29/Sep/2021. On this day, I asked the owner *** how long it would take to get an intake manifold made for my car, to which he replied "it usually takes a couple months but could be a bit longer". I understood and put in my order. The part costed $1699 plus tax, and I also requested to have the part powder coated which costed $195. I called the *******/Jan/2022 for a status update, and I was told that one piece of the intake was done, they were waiting for the other. I attempted to get a hold of the shop a couple times over the following months, and got a returned call and voice-mail on 22/Apr/2022 stating the part should be shipped out the following week, however it never did. Over the course of the following months I made several attempts to get in touch with the owner, several times, I would call, and would be told that he would call me when he came in on Friday. This behavior spanned over multiple weeks through those months. Finally got in touch with the shop on 15/Sep/2022 and was told that they were having trouble getting the color needed to complete the job, to which I requested to have them use a color that they had on hand. They responded by saying that I would have to talk to the owner the following day, I attempted to call but got no answer or call back. Called numerous times, gotten in touch with the shop a few times, but the owner is never able to speak to me or give me updates. A few times I was told that they would call me back, but there is always something that comes up. I would simply like to have the parts turned over to me and to recieve money back for work that hasn't been completed, or to have a full refund. Company is also in possession of my oil pan that needs to be returned.

    The order was made in May 17, 2022. I've tried to contact them through ********* email, txt and by phone. They started telling that it will take one more week for every week that they answered. Now I don't need the parts anymore. I've been telling them since September that I want my refund since I don't need the parts. Every single week Ive been calling them and their answer is that the reimbursement is handled through AP and she only works Monday and Wednesday. So either she's always out, don't answer at all or is in vacation. I just want my refund. It's been 6 months without any response from them. On their website, it shows as the part are in stock or that it will take 2-3 weeks but not 6 months. I can provide my call log or message history if needed.

    I ordered these parts in the amount of $1496.98 from Elite Rotary Performance and needed to return them. I called them in advance and told them I was shipping the parts back. They agreed to this but now seven months ago and I still have not received a check, refund, or my parts back. I've called them repeatedly and they always say will call me right back or we're gonna send you a check and they never have. I just want to get either the money back or my parts back so I can sell them myself. I'm sick of having to call them probably at least 100 times now. This is no way to conduct business.
