            In September 2023, BBB investigated Luna Lab LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a scam submission regarding a consumer stating that this company is billing Medicare for Covid tests that were never completed. The consumer stated they contacted Medicare to report the fraud and claimed  the business also used my husband's Medicare number for fraudulent billing. and has no idea how they got the consumer's Medicare number.

            There is no SOS report located in IL. We don't have any ownership information. 

            On 09/28/2023, 10/04/2023 and 10/10/2023 the BBB requested additional information, however the email for the business going through but is not being read. 

            Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Luna Lab LLC.

            Luna Labs LLC, ***********************************************************************, made a claim to my husband's ******** account for ******** tests that were not ordered or received. The charge was processed by ******** on May 6, 2023. This was a fraudulent claim and appeared on my husband's July 18th ******** Summary Notice along with claims for COVID-19 tests FROM FOUR OTHER LABS! This is fraud on a grand scale. I just got off the telephone with ******** reporting all of them for fraud. Two of the other labs had multiple complaints for exactly the same thing. Some charges were made to ******** months after the person had become deceased! Luna Labs LLC was worse as their charge to ******** was $200, $80 more than any of the other labs charged, though they were all paid the same amount by ********. If these claims show up on your ******** statements, please call ******** and report it!!! On page 2 of your ******** summary, there is a section called HOW TO REPORT FRAUD with the telephone number to call. I suspect these labs, all of which are in ******* or a suburb of *******, are owned by a single entity set up to scam ********. Beware!!!!!

            Luna Labs charged ******** $94.08 for a COVID 19 home test that I neither ordered nor received. This is fraud and has been reported to ********. They need to send the money back, and apologize to me and to ********, and promise never to do it again.
