1 starI visited you KIA ******************** dealership this past weekend on August 10 .We where looking for a 3 row SUV. ************** the sales guy was great . He went to get a SUV for us to see. He unlocked one of the cars so we can look at. While he was gone a man walks up to my Husband, my self and 2 minor children and said . What are you doing in my car. Give the keys . Give me the kids now . We thought it was a joke . Then he said what are you doing in my car . I have personal things in it and a weapon in there. We tried to tell him the sales person open the car for us .As we were talking ************** drove up hearing how upset we were. Ask what had happen and we told him how rude and disrespectful the sales manger was. ***************** .Review fromMichael G

2 starsI ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING ANY SERVICE DONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP! After bringing my vehicle in for a seemingly simple repair, my car was returned to me with a huge chunk of paint missing, which they immediately denied any responsibility for. After checking the footage, they saw that the damage occurred while the car was in their possession. They painted it, but now it's three shades different from the rest of the car. It gets better: after picking up my car post-painting, it was running very rough, and some of my gauges didn't work. Ultimately, after denying any responsibility, they claimed my car somehow "jumped timing" and quoted me $4200.00 to fix it.Review fromAshley H

5 starsI leased my first car ever with **** I trusted the company an brand with signing to lease my first car kept up maintenance etc, my car recently needed an new engine my car shut off mid traffic I took my car to *** was not issued an loaner car or any alternative due to unforeseen circumstances they're service was horrible after trying to figure out ways to get around for the last 2 months when I finally get my vehicle my front windshield has been cracked I asked my service advisor can anyone tell me how is my window cracked I was told the weather an everyone got back to work didn't want to help me or talk as an young women I was treated poorly with service I left an *** ******** contacted me to check on how the vehicle rides I told her my car was still not riding as I believe an the situation my car broke down on me an couple weeks ago I had triple a come out check my battery etc I was told its some with my engine again as I'm getting an lawyer an calling ********s *** reached out my advisor an stated some one out sugar in my tank my car is parked in my garage I have an lock on my gas an vehicle stay locked I recently got gas there was no signs of sugar residue forced entry as my advisor states to me that maybe it came from an gas station did I see an crow or anything around the gas station I was in disbelief I'm currently seeking an lawyer I don't recommend *** Schaumburg Kia as an place to purchase or lease an vehicle they treat new buyers better then leasing customer especially of preowned cars even when my car broke down an they had an back log of engines completely due to their parts an manufacturers on top of high thief rate they don't help ppl who are putting hard earned money in these cars they are robbing usReview fromDillon M

1 starWe bought a pre-owned KIA *** from this place. Our entire experience was weird. Since, we loved the car for what it was worth and they happened to have the unit, we had decided to visit them with the intention of buying. Other than providing a quick test drive, the sales person made 0 efforts to run us through the features of the car. We were asked to figure out free charge miles from electrify America on our own. While signing the doc, we were told there is only 1 key, only after our insistence did they oblige on locating the 2nd key. While we were promised it will be sent at the earliest after we close the deal, its been more then 20 days. We have been trying to reach out to the sales rep, have left more than 10 message to sales team, front desk and tried reaching out the sales manager/GM. No one at this place cares about you after making sale, no ones taking our call or reaching out to us. Stay away from this place, and if you do plan to buy something make sure you read every word and line in the document policy, get everything upfront before making payments, for they for sure will not hold their words.Review fromJerry W

1 starDrove 2 hours to see a vehicle that I was told was in stock. Made an appointment to see it. Got to the dealership only to be told it was sold. Was lied to and told two totally different times that it was sold at. Obviously complete lies. When I left upset, the staff literally laughed at me when I was leaving.Review fromAngel V

1 starWe live 5 hrs away . My husband found the van he wanted and has been working the salesperson and his manager all week to get the deal done. We didnt finance with them so we got our own financing and my husband had made arrangements to go there Saturday with his friend 5 hrs away and pay for it and they texted( didnt even call) that they had sold it!!! 1 starThis was the worse experience I have ever experienced at a dealership! First, I would like to say that the place is not very clean and run down. The bathrooms were a mess! We weren't offered any drinks and they never asked if we needed anything throughout our visit. Every other dealership I have been to cater to you! ***** was our salesperson. She asked what we were looking for and showed us some cars. We finally picked one and decided to take it for a test drive. Usually, the salesperson goes with but ***** didn't. All she did was take my husband's driver's license. When we returned from the test drive, we went back in to talk about the price. There was a large family in the place when we returned. This was 30 minutes before closing, and I thought it was very strange. ***** sat us down and we started to go over the numbers. She also told us that the other family wanted the same car but we had first bids because we were there first. She continued to tell us that they were there a week ago and started the paperwork for the car. I then started thinking something wasn't right. We continued negotiating. The sales manager, ****, proceeded to come over to try to make us a deal but I refused. In the meantime, ***** was talking to the other family and never came back to us which I thought was very unprofessional! **** came back to us to tell us a final offer but before he told us the offer, ***** yelled out "SOLD"! **** proceeded to tell us that the car was sold and that we lost. My husband and I were so mad! We gathered our things and walked out! Neither ***** nor **** thanked us for coming in. They didn't show any empathy for us. We believe they called the other family in while we were test-driving the car and told them to come in. They wanted to see if they could get more money from us than what they were getting from the other family. It was a complete waste of our time! 5 starsI read the other reviews, and frankly, I must say, I am surprised. Perhaps the secret is finding a direct service consultant and sales manager.I have two recommendations: *************************** is a wonderful sales person. He kept me informed every step of the way and he helped me get an extra $1500 in my trade in. ******************************* is a wonderful sales manager. There was some confusion on the paperwork and she resolved the difference in my favor without any questions.Given the reviews, I strongly recommend working with these two individuals. Thank you, *******************************.
