      This is a scam company. I received $100 credit from attending a timeshare talk. I was able to create a login and order certificates. They work like *******- you have to spend over a certain amount and then get a discount. The first two restaurants I tried were out of business. The second two told me that the the coupons were never authorized. One of them was an elderly small business owner who said he had called this business multiple times to ask them to stop selling unauthorized coupons but they have not. He was really upset about not being able to honor the coupons and even offered us a free appetizer. It is true that I can turn in the certificates for alternates, but after researching which restaurants actually are still in business and actually have authorized these couponss, there are no more restaurants anywhere near me that are left as options.

      I have been a loyal customer of this company since they opened in 2004. I moved recently and my email changed. I contacted Restaurant.com, ***********?, more than 9 times within the past 7 weeks and spoke with a representative each time, (Ruby, ******** ****, and ****). They all advised me that I needed to update my email and password since I moved. I provided them during my many phone calls and through emails my identity and they verified my active account. They keep informing me I would be contacted by their escalation department within 1-3 days to reset my password. It appears nobody wants to assist me and I have never received a follow-up call. I have over $500 in credit and gift cards that I am not able to use as a result of their negligence and failure to simple update my password. I find this company to be shady based on my years as a criminal investigator.

      i have been using restaurant.com for years and lately many of the certificates are not being excepted when I get to the restaurants. There is NO number to call, and when I send an email, they never reply. Terrible ***************** The ONE time I did get through they told me it was up to the restaurant to contact hem to be removed! Some of the restaurants say they NEVER has agreed to be on their website in the first place! I have also purchased the "Dinning pass" and the same issues are with those restaurants. When I get to the restaurants they done' take then!!! How can they legally or ethically take our money and not make sure the purchases are honored! Do not rreccommend...

      this used to be a great company.not any more.they list restaurants that have not taken there certificates for years.almost every restaurant in my area that are listed online currenty do not accept it.all owners say the same thing.they tried to get off the list but restaurant.com will not reply to there requests.please let public know how downhill this company has gone.

      I have had an account for around 10 years and can't use any of my vouchers or get a refund. Have emailed them several times and get no response. Called several times with no response. The application won't let me log in or even show me my account with my profile. This so called business is a scam and should be investigated and made accountable for all the wrong doing and fraud.

      I am a restaurant owner and they have us listed on their directory without our permission. We do not participate with them and they wont take us off!!Besides that they have wrong information listed!Their customers come in trying to use their vouchers and dont understand why they cant because we are listed on their website. None of the phone numbers work except the one where you reach the ***********. Ive emailed and called them since October. Nothing but scammers!!Seeing all the reviews and complaints, Im not the only one feeling this way. How do they have an A+ rating???This company *****

      They are ripping people off. I was told for 5 dollars I would get 35 voucher and I spent 35 to get a200 dollars voucher then was refused after using 1 20 and 1 40. Scam

      My wife gave me a 50$ gift card for this place around *******. Registered the card with the restaurant.com app . I would like to say it was seven years ago maybe a little more but either way i registered using my email. I would log in and check it but was disappointed that there was not any restaurants we wanted to use this at. Then of course covid hit . So now today 11-2-2024 there is a place we would like go to . Well now it doesnt seem to exist anymore ,the 50$ never expire credit. Every thing is gone had to register again said email not found!!!! Not more 50$ just the lies that it never expires . I want my credits or the money my wife spent. Right now to me its a big scam .!!!!

      I just spent 5 hours on their website, selecting and calling restaurants they list in the *********** area, trying to find one to patronize. I have accumulated over ***** "points" which used to be over 500 "dollars." Several years ago, I was able to easily find restaurants that honored the Certificates. Now, it is down to about 20% of the ones listed. Today, 80% of the restaurants listed, that I called, responded with "NO, we don't," or "We have NEVER contracted with them," or "We cancelled our relationship with them several years ago," or they were Permanently Closed but still listed. The restaurant I finally found, that would accept a certificate, stated: "Yes, we do, but only on ********************************** needs to be investigated and held accountable for the many hundreds of thousands of dollars they have stolen from us.
