    I ordered a gift for my kids to give to their mother on the 17th of December 2023. As I was ordering it I was literally standing in a competitors store with the gift in hand but decided to order from JD because of their loyalty program and promise of free rushed shipping and pre-Christmas delivery. I was promptly informed the item had shipped ok 12/18. However the item was never delivered. The tracking number shows that the item was never picked up. A label was printed but it was never shipped. I have emailed customer service. I have called customer service during advertised hour and waited 40 minutes on hold after an automated greeting and eventually gave up when no one answered the phone. I have tried the live chat feature but it is not operational outside of the virtual agent which will not help in this situation. At this point I dont know what else to do to either get the item or receive a refund. This is disastrous customer service on multiple levels. I should have stuck with the competitor.

    On January 19th, 2023, I placed an order with JD Sports ****** for two **** pullover hoodies. I ordered one in size large and one in size medium. I paid $124.30 CAD. I then tried to return the medium hoodie in store at the ************************* mall location a few days later. The sales associate told me that she could not perform a return in store for me as she was unable to because the store was still new. She tried to contact the company but did not receive a response. She then told me to email them so that I could return the item through mail. I emailed JD Sports on February 1st, 2023, and received a reply nearly 2 months later on March 30th, 2023. I spoke to a customer service representative who provided me with a shipping label for me to return the item through mail. I mailed the item out on April 18th, 2023 and JD Sports received the item on April 20th, 2023. It has been nearly 2 months since then and I have not received my money back for the item I returned. I have called the customer service many, many times and no one has ever answered. The call just rings and eventually disconnects. I have emailed JD Sports as well and have received no response.I have been dealing with this company for 5 months and it has been a ring-around, with my constantly being led to dead ends. I do not know what else to do.     my order told was over 400+ and I paid it by AfterPay. So in total, I paid 200+ to after pay, the screenshot will tell the exact amount. They marked my address as undeliverable but it was only because of the horrible weather we endured in ******* for a week or so. I saw the truck pull up to my stop and never get out. I wouldve preferred a redelivery. Its going to be two weeks since my return has been processed because according to them, its been processed but I never received anything.     I ordered from this company and the order was received Dec 17th and there has been no activity. I have tried to email them with no response, do their live chat and it keeps disconnecting me, even ******** messagedI can not get a response. I now see many negative reviews online about this company. I want my order cancelled and refunded immediately but have no way to reach them as they wont reply. This is horrible business. The item was a Christmas gift that I paid extra for 2 day shipping and they havent even been shipped yet and its the 29th of December

    JDSports is running a pay to play scheme for Exclusive Access where they give customers chances to purchase items only redeemable by points which you get from purchases at stores or online. To redeem any EA sneakers you must have a certain amount of points which you acquire by making purchases at stores or online. The more purchases you make you can reach an A-List and have a better chances to get EA.I have A-List Status. Friday 11/18/2022 I placed a preorder for exclusive access sneakers for $192.60. This Saturday 11/19/2022 JDSports cancelled mine and plenty of others order for the one of the most anticipated sneaker of all of the last few years. I received an email (around 4 am next day) stating my order was cancelled due to an issue that occurred while attempting to process your payment method. My Exclusive Access preorder was charged and then refunded (reversed by JDSports). Below is the evidence and I recorded (with their permission) my interactions with reps and managers where I was told different reasons for the cancellation. I placed on order the same day with the same payment method stored and saved in the app, the same card and payment method Ive used for various orders. I even placed an order the same day (Friday 11/18) with the same payment info that day that did ship out. And if they claim I input the wrong info (CVC) then the order would not be charged to then be reversed.I shop exclusively at JDSportsUs in hopes to get Exclusive Access to highly coveted and hard to get sneakers. Ive wasted over $2000.0 USD this year alone at JDSportsUS and feel scammed. They will not produce return labels for my orders I purchased all 2022, so I will dispute every single charge with my bank this year. I just want what is fair, to get my order fulfilled or be able to return all the items Ive purchased to qualify for a chance for exclusive access.     We used to buy from jd at ****** and the manager would notify us via text message when new items were coming out just as a courtesy. We would pay with Afterpay and never had problems. But the manager say he got in trouble for send text. Now when we go try to use Afterpay we get declined. Its depressing and embarrassing. I cant say he blocked us but ever since the manager confronted us we have been declined payment with Afterpay. I have invested lots of money at Jd and now I am having to go to dicks and shoe palace. How can I go back to jd *********** ***** to buy my tennis with Afterpay and not get declined? I have contacted Afterpay and they said its not there end. Please help.

    Items were empty in box they said they cant refund because of weight but there was a towel and wrapping paper I want my money back Ill never shop here again order number **********
