      Brought my healthy & happy 18month old cockapoo puppy in yesterday (7/9) for a full day if fun, only for them to give her back to me limping. Asked the girl, *** why is she limping and all *** said was "I don't know, I wasn't with the *******" Asked why I wasn't called & if anything else happened, same response "I don't know". Seeing my puppy in such pain, I requested that *** make a note in my puppy's file & have management call me. Make a very upsetting, long ************* short, my pup has two, yes two broken weight-bearing bones in her left paw. After an ER Vet visit, left vms at ****** & corporate, almost twelve hours later received a call back from manager ******* (refused to give me his last name) saying "***** jumped from a handlers arms after morning play group" They not only took no responsibility at all but the manager hung up on me when Irequestedconfirmationthat he will not allowthe video tapes to be wiped. Requesting that the BBB start an investigation as to the treatment of our pets while under their care.To make matters worse, my poor pup now needs to see a surgeon. Where is the accountability and responsibility of this pet business? To say nothing of the huge expense, there was no apology no accountability no nothing except to have the phone hung up on me.

      Brought in two cats (Mixtape and ******** for boarding. During check-in, they didnt have on file that the cats needed two separate bungalows. They asked me for Mixtapes medicine directions. All previously given during making the reservation. I was told that I would be contacted if the cats can be accommodated into separate rooms from a supervisor. I was never contacted. I was told to park in the wrong spot and luckily when coming to check-out, the manager moved my car to the correct location. Mixtape has cancer and needs medication for internal bleeding. I was contacted on the second day of boarding that they have given Mixtapes medication 9 times more than she is supposed to have. They contacted my vet. I spoke with the supervisor and they said they would only allow supervisors to give the medication to mixtape now and that is a special charge and they wouldnt charge me for that. Gee thanks. I asked how much is left of the medication and they said one more dose. I asked them to not give the last dose. However, when they gave me the medication back at check-out, there were no more doses left. They did not charge me for Mixtapes stay. But I am still traumatized by the situation and with all the miscommunication and lies.
