    My dog had to have an overnight stay due to a health issue that requires more than one stay. The first stay she smelled like urine to the point I never wanted to sent her back but I didn't want to take the risk of switching vets in the midst of her treatment... within a week and a half of the first stay she developed a bladder infection I suspect due to not being taken out and sitting in her own filth for extended amount of time. The second stay was for 2 days and I asked for updates after the treatments to check in and I was given none so I called they never listed any concerns and it was a Saturday when I picked her up and when I say the stench was so bad that my eye were watering and I had to pull over within the block, well there are no words to describe that stench. When I called because once again after that stay we are dealing with another bladder infection I began to voice my concerns the receptionist ********************* up on me. I decided to call off work and go in because I've spent well over a grand within these last couple months and so they took me into a back room where no one could see or hear what went on and when I told *************** I was hung up on by ******.. ****** snapped back "I did not!" And needless to say I became assertive and simply ask in a firm bold voice "Why do you think I have lost a day of pay, my time, and gas to come to talk in person with an issue that could have been resolved over the phone?" Doctor ****** allowed that type of behavior from ****** and treated me as I was in the wrong and dropped us as patients. Reality is they feel they are *********** treat dogs and customers how they please because they are the only vet in Shelbyville and no one goes back to actually examine what kind of conditions their beloved animals are in.... Go figure on their fb page there is no options for review... I guess if that was how I was treating I individuals and how I conducted business I wouldn't want others finding out...
