I hired Everlast Fence, Inc. to do my fencing for my doggy daycare. My facility is in a middle of open fields. I researched ***, the owner, and spoke with some of his clients. His Company came highly recommended.I stressed to *** and ****, his salesman, that I needed the fence to be very secure for all of my dogs. We do obedience and agility training plus on windy days it could be brutal. *** assured me "I have never had a dissatisfied client and I will do what needs to be done to make that client happy." Just lip service. I paid $88,000.00 for a fence to fall down within 23 days of being installed. On Saturday November 5th, 2023, we had a wind storm. The 8' panels were on the ground and on Ridge road when I called the Sales person @ 5:20am, he told me that he notified the owner and he would be calling me with a solution. ***, the owner called me back 5.25hours later, scolding me about my attitude from the messages I had left. The issue was not my attitude but the fence that I cannot even have a dog outside. He has yet to be on site. His text to me on Monday was to make an insurance claim and he will come back and fix the fence. Why, so he can get paid again? I had the fence evaluated by many fencing companies and all of them said the same thing...there are not stiffners in the posts so they were surprised the fence did not come down prior to Saturday. *** took my money did a shoddy job and then wants more money to fix his work. Are you serious? You should always put your best foot forward and this was never done. *** is a sexist bully. He reprimands me about my tone and business manners when my business is now closed due to his lack of workmanship. I demand a refund!
