I purchased a car on 9/15/23...very smooth transaction on front end. car was shipped much later that promised. showed up in much worse shape than promised. had dash lights on and dealer confirmed it did not have any lights on. there was a bottle of vodka in the trunk. with all that said, i just want the title to the vehicle so i can register and drive.Initial Complaint

I purchased a used 2011 ****** Camry SE December 28, 2022 for my daughter. We were given temporary plates which expire at the end of this month, April 2023. We have been contacting Klean Motorsport since mid January by calls, texts and stopping by to inquire about plates and title to the vehicle . Each time we get different answers and are given the run-around ! No calls have been returned . We paid a total of $11,800 which included Documentary fee of $324:00,Title fee of $55:00 and Registration of $151:00. We need this resolved ASAP before we run afoul of Law driving without current plates and registration.Thank you for your consideration and service,Mr. ******* Adeolu *************** ************Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle on 02/22/2022 and have yet to receive my title. It was a cash purchase and keep getting the run around regarding my title. I was given real plates, not the yellow temp tags. Every time I call I'm ignored and no one calls me back. It's over the allotted time to receive my title and they are in breach of contact by not given me my title within a specific amount of timeInitial Complaint

Date of transaction: December 14, 2020 ****** spent: $5,600 I purchased a vehicle from this company and never received my title or license plate. I have been contacting this company since March 2021(temp plate expired) regarding both of those items. The dealership is aware of this problem and still gives me the run around. I contacted the Secretary of State as well and they started that the dealership has yet to process my documents. Up until October ******************************************************************************************** my life(not in this vehicle). I was on bedrest until February 2022 unable to walk or drive so the matter was put on the back burner. It is now August 2022 and they have still done nothing to fix this issue. I called August 3 and the manager stated that they would be sending me a temporary plate and also reimbursing me for me title and license plate fees. He also gave me his personal cell phone number to follow up about the claim but never answered any of my calls or returned any of my text. It has been almost 2 years and all I want is my title, license plate, and my refund for those fees. This is not good business and I would hate for this to happen to anybody else.Initial Complaint

I bought a car in March2022. I notice it took a very long time for me to get license plate. At this point it has been 3 months and no license plate. The dealership plates that I had expired in May of 2022. Ive been driving around for 3 months with old license plates. I got a letter in the mail saying that made faulty papers about my license plate. I gave the car back to get my down payment of **** dollars. I got a check from the dealership. Deposited the check and 2 weeks later I call my bank to see th status of the check, the bank tells me the check is insufficient funds. The dealership is taking way too long to give me my money back.Initial Complaint

The date the car was purchased was May 26th but it was only actually delivered June 16th.The total amount financed is $10893.When inquiring about the car before I made the purchase I was told it was in good working condition and that there were no issues. The same day 1 hour after the car was delivered to my address I took it to get inspected and it was littered with issues that will cost $4000 plus to repair.After I found this out I started contacting the business and soon after they stopped returning any of my calls. They now only answer through the person who financed the car and only through text.They refuse to let me simply return the car and only offered $400 for the catalytic converter THAT WASN'T EVEN ON THE CAR!Since then I haven't heard from them.Initial Complaint

This business sold me a used car on January 15, 2022. They charged me for tax, title, and license. The title has not arrived, now 5 months later.I called the business three times and each time they told me the paperwork had been filed and the state was running late due to covid.I talked to the Illinois Secretary of State on May 13, 2022, and they confirmed, in writing, the paperwork had never been submitted to them.I then talked to one of Klean Motor Sports representatives and they gave me the number of someone named ***** and said to call him. I left a message and he did not return my call. The business's representative declined to give me the name of the owner.I am stymied, with a car without a title, so the automobile is not legally my car.Can you please get their attention for me so I can get this resolved?*******************************Initial Complaint

BASICALLY... I PURCHASE THE *** ON 3/12/22 FROM KLEAN MOTORSPORTS AND HERE IT IS *** AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TITLE TO MY *** ... THE MANAGER IS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND THAT ITS ON IT'S WAY OVERNIGHT AND YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IT DONT TAKE THIS LONG TO OVERNIGHT ANYTHING .... Purchased a car from Klean Motor Sports. They said they would mail me the title due to the fact that I lived in *********. It's been ONE in half months later I still do not have it. They said at first that it would be in the mail. Month later they said they had federal expressed it to my house. NOW my piece of paper expires at the end of this month and I still have nothing. I've been pulled over by police officers due to no plates on my car because of this reason. I can not set foot at the *** without a title.Initial Complaint

I went to Klean Motorsports on 12/17/2021, to purchase a **** Audi A4 convertible. The price was negotiated over email. When I arrived, they refused to sell the car for the agreed price. I ended up paying a lot more. The salesperson promised he would give me the current KBB Value of the vehicle. Later, I found out that he was lying. The check engine light and the brake malfunction light were illuminated, but the salesperson assured me that these were minor repairs and agreed to have any mechanical problems repaired. He told me the vehicle would be repaired and available the next day. I gave them a check for the down payment of $5,000.00. I came back the next day, paid the balance and took the vehicle. Since there was very little gas in the vehicle, I stopped at a gas station a few blocks away from the dealership. At the gas station, the engine and brake lights came back on. I complained to the salesperson. They took the car back saying they would repair it. I have not heard from them since. As of today, no one from the dealership has yet contacted me. I have tried to email, text and call but they are ignoring me. They are keeping the car and my money, while still advertising the vehicle on their website.
