    Assets recovery, for some reason just gave me a funny feeling today. I have been paying on a loan I got years ago . They contacted me, and I set up a payment plan. All of a sudden, I'm about to pay this loan off. I asked if they could send me something in writing that my loan is paid in full. They told me I would have to call back in a month to request it. I asked if they could send me an email, they told me no because I was making a 1 time payment. I just think something is not right about this company. Then all of a sudden the phone hung up, when I tried to get names. Tried to call back, and got no answer. If I'm paying you off, why can't I get something in writing if you are legit. The loan I owed was for only ***** they charged me *****. Plz someone let me know if this company is legit.

    This company called me while performing a fishing expedition. They addressed me by a name I haven't had in ********************************************************************************************************************** his last will and testament. They also called my mother who divorced this man more than 30 years ago. They were abrupt with me and flat out rude to my mother. I do believe they were trying to scam my mother and I. I think that it would be a big mistake to give this company any of your information. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

    Although I have talked with these people about 2 different accounts they claim to be mine they keep calling and harassing me and my family. They keep calling my son and accusing him of being me and won't leave us alone. They are affecting his life and causing him hardship. I demand that you cease and desist any communications with me and my family and friends immediately.

    I spoke with *************************** regarding a loan. He was really rude and unprofessional. I tried to keeping my complaint in house with the company but once i spoke with the manager, he sided with employee. ******* out of line and disrespectful to my family member.

    Completely rude and disgusting behavior from a particular person who contacted me on behalf of this company. Her name is *************************** and she was very unprofessional and rude to me. I have an account that is being handled by a settlement company. She told me that I should pay my bills like I'm supposed to and I wouldn't be in this position. How does she even know what I have been through in the last few years dealing with a bad partner purchasing a home with me. I think she should be fired immediately. She is reflecting a very bad image for this so called company.

    I received a call from asset recovery solutions. The call was okay at first. I explained that i was currently dealing with a problem. I had just lost thousands on a scam. And did not have any money to pay. Then the person that called became rude, demanding, loud, then hung up. I sounds like another scam.

    Called me on my sons debt, I told them to stop calling me on a debt I know nothing about. I told the rep it's illegal to call and only to send written communication. He told be it was not illegal to call. Blocked the number!

    Asset recovery solutions is a debt collection agency - They have continued to harass me several times of day and from different numbers which is very alarming because the amount of fraud occurring lately, they even contacted my work, which is against the law. They are violating federal consumer law and need to cease and desist any communications to. I have asked for proof that I owe the outstanding debt and was told that I have your name address and date of birth and that is proof enough. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
